NH Krystal timeshare is a complete scam! Were guaranteed easy rental through a rental agency and in years have never seen one single rental of our unit. We have zero intention of ever using the timeshare and are not looking for initial investment back but just want out of a contract that is forcing us to pay these maintenance fees for something we will never use!
If you would like to walk away from your timeshare, I would be willing to take over your maintenance fees. Our timeshare is now used up but I would be willing to come back if I only had to pay your maintenance fees. Please let me know if you are interested in getting rid of them. Thank you, Stacey
My compaint is the same as others. Scammed by Krystal & Concord Servicing Corp. I will not pay Concord money that is not due to anyone because no one has proof that I owe this money. My contract with Krystal specifically states that I do not owe a maintenance fee unless we stay. It is bad enough that we were scammed thousands of dollars but now we are not even allowed to stay because of this money owed to Concord for some fictious fee. I am not alone in my distate with how we are being treated. I would love to go back to Cancun, I love it there but I will not spend another penny in Mexico until this gets cleared up. I use to go at least twice a year and spend a minimum of 3 thousand each trip. I'm sure the Mexican economy does not feel the absence of that money but imagine if I am just the tip of that financial iceburg. I will fight this in any and every form I can but it's a shame that the people of mexico have to suffer. I find that the people are warm and friendly and welcome us there. I know they need the money because their economy is worse than ours.
I was told the Krystal International Vacation Club was an annuity with a guaranteed payout. This is not true and I wish to cancel the contract.I consider Krystal to be one of the most deceptive hotels that I have ever visited.
Hi, On Oct 18th, 2011 while passing through cancun, attended a presentation by Krystal Vacation Resort. We deposited close to 5800 with a the promise that we could repay this in the first check that we would receive. After researching the web, i'm now worried that this may have been a scam. Is there a way to get out of this contract?
Hi Frank, Unfortunately if their lips are moving then they are lying! If you want to get out of your maintenance fees I would be willing to take over some of them for you. Please contact me if you are interested. Thank you, Stacey
I was lured into a presentation at this cancun hotel (NH Krystal) by two free tours (to chichen itza and isla mujeres). A woman of italian descent showed an ocean-view room and made us believe that by getting into this program we'd get the best rooms at 4 and 5 star hotels at a low weekly cost of $399.
I did not plan on buying any kind of vacation plan, so I told them they should offer free membership or at most it should cost $1000 to $2000 to become a member along with the free-stay perks they offered. After the italian woman, came some guy from the middle east who could not persuade me into buying. he reduced the price to around $7000 and reduced the number of free weeks that came with the plan. I did not agree do an american man called chris parker came. I bluntly told him that i did not wanna talk about this any more and wanted to leave. then came Luis who seemed to be their boss. He reduced the number of free weeks to 5 and the price to $2600. I was still not convinced. At this point he resorted to lies. HE told me that I could sell the free weeks through some rental agencies at $700 per week in 5 months and gave me another free week to cover the sales commission of $699 that the other agency would ask for.
At this point i was confused and tempted and greed kicked in. by paying $2600 I was making $3500 dollar and I was fooled. I asked them clearly if I would really be able to sell the free weeks at this rate and during the first 5 months. Luis said yes. There was something about the Yes he told me that struck me. He was not insisting on it. He became silent and waited for my reaction. It was the moment that either I'd be fooled or I'd come out alive. I did not take the small hints and inconsitencies in their presentation here and there seriously and agreed to sign a contract. Yes, I was fooled, not drastically, but still fooled.
I would like to put these critical keywords here for those who search in the future, so they are guided to this page:
Hotel Krystal vacation club in cancun where Luis and his team including a guy called Chris Parker ([email]) claim to sell RCI memberships is filled with lies and fraud. DO NOT BUY.
Forgot to mention that they started the package price at $30000 and ended up with $2600.
My wife and I just got back from a beautiful vacation in Cancun at a very repretable hotel.
Unfortunatly, we were also scammed by the misrepresentations of the Krystal hotel timeshare scammers.
The countless testimonals I read above are the exact circumstances my wife and I fell victim to.
Can anyone please let me know if you were able to cancel the contract and get your money back. Please help us !!!!
