Common Complaints:

  • Offer to rent out their Krystal timeshare weeks for a high profit
  • Guarantee that they will resell or trade in a previously owned timeshare.
  • Salesperson claims that the client will receive a password to book their vacations easily through a site like Expedia or Orbitz
  • Offer an annuity program where clients are promised to get their full investment back after 25 years if they pay an extra 5-7% of the purchase price to Lloydshare, the third party company that organizes the annuity. The salesperson makes claims that they are the same company as Lloyds of London Insurance.

    My husband and I have been victimized by NH Krystal Vacation Club. They did not stand by what we were told. They were supposed to "buy" my 2 timeshares I have in the US.They did nothing except lie to us and cheat us out of a lot of money.  we are seeking help to get us out of the contract and recover our money. Thank you

    My husband and I were too old to buy a timeshare at Krystal Puerto Vallarta. Unfortunately, in early 2000, we had upgraded to a one bedroom from the studio unit. we got a collection notice. We had never had any communication about back maintenance fees owed, and we were foolish enough to think that Krystal would reclaim our paid in full timeshare week and that would be it.  After receiving the collection notice I emailed Krystal and told them I would pay the maintenece fees owed if they would take our timeshare as a forfeit.but they never answer me.

    I have a one bedroom at krystal Cancun. It is paid off but I am behind on maint fees and I would like to just get out without major credit damage. Is this something you can assist with? Thanks

    Scammed by Krystal in cancun. We paid in full and never used any. Now they want back maintinance fees and I just asked them to cancel. It's too stressful. I just don't want to keep paying anymore and not let them put a negative mark on my credit.

    Yo adquiri un tiempo compartido con Krystal International Vacation Club. Firme el contrato en octubre del 2008 y a la fecha he sido muy puntual en mis pagos, sin embargo el area de cobranza del propio Krystal por alguna "extraña" razon nunca registra correctamente mis pagos y me ha ocasionado problemas. Recibiendo incluso notificaciones telefonicas y via correo de la compañia Concord Servicing de Mexico de que no realizo mis pagos, siendo que tengo respuestas del propio personal de Krystal confirmandome y agradeciendo mi pronto pago. Esta situacion es sumamente molesta ya que me han llegado a causar problemas para yo poder solicitar algun otro credito, negandomelo por esta situacion que sin ser culpa mia se esta dando. Ademas leyendo los testimonios de las otras personas y de las quejas que presentan, ya no quisiera tener ningun vinculo con ellos.

    I have paid for a mebership with NH Krystal Cancun and want to cancel. I have not paid the maintinance fees and now owe $1800 to concord servicing.I just don't want to keep paying anymore and not let them put a negative mark on my credit bureaus.

    En el 2004 mi esposo y yo fuimos Cancun, y compramos un tiempo compartido donde, todos nuestros ahorros los invertimos en un tiempo compartido a pagar en 5 años con un enganche de casi 75,000 mil pesos y con mensualidades de aproximadamente 3,000.Nunca ocupamos ni siquiera una habitación y ahora nos dicen que les debemos mas de 20,000 de intereses y de anualidades.Estoy segura que esto se trata de un fraude y me siento muy preocupada, tengo miedo seguir pagando, no tener nada y dañar nuestro credito.

    I purchased a timeshare in Mexico last Thursday. I have buyers remorse and would like out. I called them within 3 days to try to get out of it but could not. Can you help me!!!

    Estoy interesado en cancelar un contrato, tengo 3 años pagando la membresia y el vendedor me dijo que despues de 45 dias ibaa recibir un  cheque por  otro tiempo compartido que ellos me iban a comprar, cunado les hable para pedirle mi dineor me dijeron que ellos no pagan ningun otro tiempo compartido que ellos de "buena onda"  le dan a las perosnas el nombre de otra empresa para que esa empres anos "ayude" a vender nuestro tiempo compartido. Todo esto es una completa mentira a mi nunca me dijeron que mi dinero iba a depender de la venta de mi tiempo compartido y ahora que estoy leyendo todos estos testimoniale sme doy cuenta que soy una victima más.

    In dispute for 3 years with NH Krystal I have 3 different contracts with them. The one they sent to me does not have my signature on it only the legal dept. person. The other contracts have my signature but a signature from the same person in the legal dept. All contracts have more/less pages than the other. I bought 4 units to sell 3 units after 1 year, then they said no I made a mistake it was 2 years then they said no not at all. I have contacted Profeco but they may not be able to help.
