I was not able to get a room where I had purchased my time share villa del Arco and they wouldn't allow me to use the pool at this location after they told me at the presentation that I was going to use any pool .. after staying on the lower class villa de palmar they attempted to charged more money to my account after I left the hotel
Ocupamos el reembolso urgente, compramos un tiempo compartido con villa del palmar y nada de lo que nos dijeron en la presentacion de tiempo compartido se ha cumplido, a base de puros pretextos nos tienen sin darnos lo que pagamos, hemos querido usar nuestra membresía y nos ponen trabas, ya hasta nos estan pidiendo mas dinero por un actualización etc, son unas ratas estas personas de villa del palmar, necesitamos ayuda.
Well they got me. My husband is in poor health so we bought for the purpose that when he did feel good we could go to Mexico for some relaxation. I told the saleman many times of my husbands health and if we could not pay could we get out of the contract. He assured me many, many times we could. We would loose our money but could get out of the contract because no credit history was taken, no SS# no financial information was given. Well I fell for it. I made the mistake of not putting what he said in writing.

Well I wish I would of found this list prior to buying. We booked a trio through bookvip.com. when we got there, we fell into the timeshare belief. They promised everything under the sun. There is 9 people total in our family. I kept asking our sales guy the question as to " so if we buy, we'll get a room this size for the points that we bought"? He said yes yes. 1000 points gets you 5 days at the resort a year. Well the other day my wife called to schedule a stay and they told her two things. One, for the amount of points we have, the two bedroom suite will not fit us. If we wanted to use the timeshare we had to pay an additional maintaince fee to use our bonus points which is an additional 1000 points plus we had to pay for two additional days. And like a dumb dumb, I did not read everything because I was that niave tourist who believed what the salesman was saying. So there is nothing I can do to get out of it so beware everyone
these sales reps are con artist, they tell you what a great opportunity this is, they tell you you can rent Hotel rooms all across the globe for very low prices through this company called Interval for which you pay $75.00 a year. What they don't tell you is Interval charges you another $180.00 plus to make that reservation. So the price they tell you, for us given the type room we purchased was $199.00 sounds good until you find out Interval charges you $180.00 on top of that. Also the preferred points that you are led to believe are free cost $300.00. This timeshare spiel is fraudulent and should be criminal
No se les ocurra porfavor adquirir una membresia con Villa del palmar, al principio te pintan todo de color de rosa, la verdad es que una ves que firmas con ellos nada de lo que te prometieron antes lo cumplen, porfavor mi esposa y yo buscamos ayuda urgente , tenemos mas de 3 años intentando cancelar y no podemos !
