I bought a membership at Hacienda del Mart but now I want to cancel because is expensive, hope you can help me

Me urge cancelar, ya hable al resort para intentar cancelar la membresia, pero no les importa y dice que tengo que pagar si no nos van a enviar al buro, nunca antes habia tenido porblemas de este tipo y no quiero afectar mi credito.
