Bob, do you have any more information on this. I have been trying for 3 years to get out of a contract that I was scammed in to buying. I now have two timeshares at HDM because of this. Thanks.

I have been contacted via phone and email that there is as of 12/10/2013, litigation against HDM by the courts in Jalisco, MX. The complaint is that HDM either sold or released owner information to third party vendors who may be fraudulent in repurchase schemes. Has anyone else been approached in this regard? There may be a settlement amount to be paid to the owners by HDM.

THEY ARE RELENTLESS IN THEIR TACTIC TO MAKE A DOLLAR FROM HARD WORKING AMERICANS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DO NOT BE BLINDED BY THEIR BEAUTIFUL RESORTS. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS READY TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

nos tocó uno de esos vendedores convincentes y nosotros emocionados por la belleza del lugar y la facilidad de ir a varios puntos de México, dimos el sí y bueno, para cuando hicimos el análisis habíamos dejado $1000 con la firma

Sales people show you the newest or upgraded units for you to buy, but when you book, you get the worst units and this is if you are able to book.

I was encouraged to purchase at Hacienda del Mar as an investment opportunity. Sellers are taking advantage from many of our conational's making thousands from this timeshare issue every year, I find it very disturbing and I feel that the contract is protecting the lies of sales department, why to invest if we are not going to make a profit from it?
