    Palace Resorts sold us a membership that sounded premium, but when we tried to use it, the perks vanished. Upgrades were unavailable, discounts were ignored, and the “exclusive member benefits” turned out to be marketing fluff. Customer service was unhelpful — every request ended in broken promises.

    En Palace Resorts (por ejemplo, Moon Palace Cancún) lo que ofrecen en publicidad no corresponde con la realidad.     Palace Resorts (Moon Palace Cancún) pitched their timeshare membership as “elite,” but it’s been anything but. My wife and I were promised booking flexibility and perks, but the website is buggy, customer service is unhelpful, and at renewal time the fees shot up dramatically. It feels like they just want your money.

    En Palace Resorts (Playacar Palace) compramos con la ilusión de disfrutar algo exclusivo, pero lo único exclusivo es el alto costo. Nos dieron promesas de “valor creciente” y opciones de intercambio, pero todo se ve limitado y el trato de socios es frío. Muchos otros dueños han reportado que la atención a los miembros es peor cada año.

    Palace Resorts (Cancún) sold me a timeshare membership that turned out to be a nightmare. They promised “referral benefits” and flexible use, but later said the referral program was discontinued. When I tried to cancel, they gave me the runaround — long hold times, vague answers, and no resolution.

    En Palace Resorts acabamos atrapados en un contrato complicado. Nos dijeron que podríamos cancelar, pero manejarlo fue un calvario: llamadas interminables, representantes que cambiaban de postura y promesas incumplidas. Muchos dueños dicen que ya no pagan lo que les ofrecieron originalmente.

    Palace Resorts (Moon Palace Cancún) had a shocking level of pressure to sign timeshare contracts and extremely poor follow-through on promises. We were told certain room upgrades were included, at check-in they were “no longer available.” TrustPilot reviews back this up.

    Contraté “Todo Incluido Premium” y me pusieron menú estilo comedor escolar. Y los vendedores de tiempo compartido… insoportables. No me siento estafado, ME SIENTO VENDIDO.
