Very upset with their service and how they speak to you on the phone. They talk over you when you are trying to talk and they don't listen to a word you say.
There should be a law that the money should be returned!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES. THEY ONLY WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.
Es enfadoso que desde que te registras en el hotel ya te esten hostigando, a nosotros nos dijeron que nos iban a dejar usar las instalaciones del hotel donde estaban ofreciendo el TC, y reembolso de las casetas.
Cuando dijimos NO GRACIAS, nos mandaron por la puerta trasera, no nos dejaron utilizar instalaciones y nos hicieron esperar media hora para el reembolso de las casetas.
I'm not interested in doing any more business in Mexico outside of a vacation or two there. There are so many fraudulent resorts.

I never got to use the actual unit I paid for in full and when I complained, I was shown another building plan with my initials forged on it. I was talked into purchasing an upgrade, and when I had a chance to actually think about what I had done, I decided to cancel that next morning.
I wouldn't purchase anything from Playa Grande. We bought several years ago and have had nothing but problems.
