I want to find way to get out , i cant afford the maintenance fees, i cant still paying my timeshare ! i need to quit but the resort refuse to bring me the cancellation , really is a nightmare , i want to wake up without a timeshare, help !

Trate de cancelar mi membresía desde el día 2 (dentro del plazo que marca el contrato) pero no pude ¿por qué?, firmé el contrato en Cancún pero resulta que el contrato es de Puerto Vallarta, asi que me dijeron que tenía que tomar un avión para poder cancelar el contrato, no lo tomé, ahora ya llevo 2 años pagando, mirando en retrospectiva, hubiera tomado ese avión.
cheaters, sol melia cheaters.. they dont promise what they told you ! when i was in the timeshare presentation they told me about much benefits and free stuff , and in exchange i only get a huge amount of debt!

This people are total scam, really if you want to invest in something dont invest in a timeshare , i bought with them like one year ago , the maintenance fees of this resort are insane, was my error because i didnt read the contract correctly , now i am in the cancellation process,stay alert.
Before enter to the timeshare field , pls We need to research very deep the company that sell to us the timeshare, scam is everywhere , so please try to contact someone with enough experience on this , timeshare business are very tricky , so if you dont know how it works pls stay away.
muy mal con esas personas, no tuve la paciencia de leer detenidamente el contrato , ahora me arrepiento como nunca , es increible el dinero que inverti en esto y aun no recibo ningun beneficio, no entiendo como estas personas pueden hacer esto a los clientes, son unos tranzas de primera.
Son unos defraudadores. Pagué una diferencia de 430 dls para cambiar un estudio por una recamara para 8 personas y solo me dieron una cama king y después de tres horas de insistir les el cambio, solo me ingresaron dos camas individuales horribles y sin ropa para ellas. Redujeron el espacio y nunca pusieron champú para tina, ni tallas faciales, ni cambiaron las sábanas, ni adornaron con detalles. Fue una estupidez comprar un tiempo compartido
