I do not recommend Sol Melia, they have a horrible service!!!
When we got home and realized the kind of company they are we immediately tried to cancel our purchase, but we couldn't.. Please help us!
When I told the salesperson very kindly that I was not interested, he turned onto the "hard sell" mode, which really turned me off.
I tried all night to get a live person to no avail. I then checked my bank account and the charge was alreadly pending on my account.
Mi situacion es la siguiente: El mes de marzo del año 2011 firme un contrato de tiempo compartido con hoteles melia como es costumbre estas personas nos dieron informacion con un folleto donde nos ofrecia lo mejor en tiempos compartidos, argumentado ademas que su contrato esta registrado en profeco, la verdad yo pensando que esto me daba una seguridad forme este contrato y ahorqa despues de estar pagando por cuatro año nunca lo hemos utilizado por toda la publicidad engañosa que maneja. Hace tres años que lo queremos cancelar de hecho ya solicitamos apoyo de profeco y sirvio para puras verguenzas espero que ustedes puedan ayudarme gracias

they've never helped me with anything, and i don't have the money to still paying my timeshare, they promised to rent it, but they never did it
there is no need to plan your vacations just travel the old fashin way and don't get scammed
the promise to help me to rent my weeks, but never happen, now im paying for something that i dont even want
I must say. I will never go back to Mexico; they have timeshare salespeople in the resorts. There is no safe place.
I DON'T KNOW HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO BE SO TRANSPARENTLY CORRUPT.
