economicamente y llevo dos operaciones del brazo derecho, y economicamente no puedo pagar un timeshare quiero cancelar q tengo q hace
Hola,compramos hace cinco años un tiempo compartido en sol melia y por razones personales hace dos años que no lo utilizamos.He querido cancelar el contrato y me dicen que no se puede.La única alternativa que me dan es vender la membresia a alguien.
Me gustaria que alguien me pudiera dar algun consejo de si puedo cancelar el contrato o de alguma página web en donde se pueda vender este producto
REALMENTE ESTOY PREOCUPADA POR VER QUE SOY UNA MAS DE LAS MUCHAS PERSONAS QUE SE HAN VISTO ENVUELTAS EN ESTE TIPO DE CONTRATOS ENGAÑOSOS, QUE AHORA QUE LO VEO CON DETENIMIENTO, ME PARECE ABSURDO QUE DICHAS EMPRESAS NO PERMITAN LA CANCELACION Y DEVOLUCION DE LOS SALDOS DE CAPITAL PAGADOS EN LA COMPRA DE ESTOS SERVICIOS, CUANDO AL ADQUIRIRLOS NOS INFORMAN LO CONTRARIO. MI SITUACION ACTUAL NO ME PERMITE CONTINUAR PAGANDO LAS MENSUALIDADES Y MANTENIMIENTO DE UN TIEMPO COMPARTIDO ADQUIRIDO CON CLUB MELIA VACATIONS,EN CANCUN,"BASTANTE ATRACTIVO" ME DIJERON, PERO AHORA SE HA VUELTO UN DOLOR DE CABEZA PARA MI DESHACERME DE EL, Y PODER RECUPERAR TODO LO QUE HASTA AHORA HE PAGADO, SIENDO QUE NI SIQUIERA UNA SOLA VEZ HE HECHO USO DE ESE SERVICIO.
Me dieron una habitación inferior a la que pago y mas lejos de la piscina. Estuve mas de un dia esperando a que me la cambiaran con las cosas q trajimos en cajas. Imaginense cada vez q buscaba algo, tenia q sacarlo todo. No tenia nevera, lavadora ni secadora que es por lo q pago, así es q no pude guardar lo q traje de nevera, ni hacer compra. Para mi fue bastante incomodo. Me ofrecen un upgrade de una habitación mas grande, pero mas lejos. Quien paga por el mal rato y la incomodidad del cliente? Sigo esperando. Están violando lo q estipula el contrato.
Estafado por Melia... No responden a correos...no puedo acceder a mimestadomde cuenta... No cumplen con lo,promotion y siempre debo pagar... Como cancelo el Contrato?
I bought a membership at Sol Melia but now I want to cancel because is expensive, hope you can help me if so you will count with my positive comment
We purchased the Sol Melia vacation club package and find that its hard to use the thing. We paid the thing off in full last year and keep up with the maintanence bills but still keep getting bills from them. We have to talk to many different people in different regions to get anything accomplished to no avail. They are really good at selling this stuff and putting a spin on the benifits but as of yet we cant use them. Its too complicated and to expensive to have something you cant really use.
I purchased a Sol Melia membership a few years back and I haven´t been able to rent it. I never received the room I was supposed to purchase but I do have the obligation to pay the membership whether I use it or not. I was told I cannot cancel. Is this true?
