CANTO DEL SOL Timeshare COMPLAINTS

Nos vendieron “lujo” y nos dieron cucarachas en el baño. Y claro, no faltó la presión para firmar un tiempo compartido...Me arruinaron el viaje.

Canto del Sol fue una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado. Todo viejo, el aire acondicionado hacía más ruido que un avión y lo peor fue que nos insistieron con una supuesta “charla informativa” que terminó siendo pura presión para firmar un tiempo compartido. Me sentí ENGAÑADO.

Canto del Sol Puerto Vallarta was a total letdown. Room smelled musty, pool was crowded 24/7, and food was bland cafeteria-style slop. But the worst? The “friendly tour” turned into a timeshare pitch that dragged on for HOURS. I came to relax, not be tricked into a contract!

I booked Canto del Sol in Puerto Vallarta thinking it’d be a chill family getaway. NOPE. Room was damp, the food was meh at best, and they were pushing their timeshare program within hours of check-in. I said no FIVE TIMES and they still tried again. Seriously?? Never again.

La playa estaba llena de algas y la limpieza de la habitación era casi nula. Me presionaron para firmar un contrato de tiempo compartido que ni entendía. Tiempo y dinero tirados al mar… nunca más.

Stayed at Canto del Sol Vallarta “resort” and wow, what a letdown. Room smelled like mildew, pool area was crowded with zero service. No thanks! Money and vacation time WASTED.

Desde el primer momento, el servicio al cliente en Canto del Sol fue un desastre. Al llegar, nadie se molestó en darme ninguna explicación sobre los servicios o las instalaciones, simplemente me dejaron solo con las llaves y una sonrisa poco entusiasta. La confusión quedo ahi durante todo el proceso de check-in, y cuando intenté hacer algunas preguntas básicas, la respuesta fue un desinterés que se sintió casi insultante.
La falta de comunicación y la actitud poco profesional del personal arruinaron mi fin de semana. No recomiendo este lugar a nadie que espere un mínimo de atención y cordialidad en su estadía.

Watch out for the sale scams at Canto del Sol, please be careful as this was a vacation nightmare for us. Our family and others have lost over 30 thousand on the promise of a guarenteed buy back. We are still trying to get thebuy back and they are still scamming us trying to get to sign our investment for free.

I wouldn´t recommende this resort to anyone. The timeshare we own in Puerto Vallarta a Canto del Sol resort had the AC not working and they didn´t move us until the third day, 3 out of 7 days of our holidays were uncomfortably hot and annoying. Even the people next to us were complaining about how they had a water leak and dirty bathrooms.

Creo que todo mundo estamos insatisfechos con las famosas membresias de tiempo compartido. Un fraude total todo un año pagando para el momento de reservar no incluya los lugres donde quiero ir, aparte los precios son aun mas caros que si los comprara en otros lados. Ninguno de los beneficios que nos prometieron y es un estres querer cancelar con ellos. Para mi no ha sido mas que un fraude
