CANTO DEL SOL Timeshare COMPLAINTS

no firmen con estas personas, son un fraude, compramos un tiempo compartido con ellos y no nos quieren respetar la promocion que nos ofrecieron en la presentacion, queremos cancelar pero no nos dejan hacerlo, necesitamos hacer algo.

Las personas de canto de sol son nada profesionales, a mis papas, ya personas de la tercera edad los abordaron y les vendieron una membresia de tiempo compartido, a los meses ya tenian que pagar casi el doble de mensualidad, mis papas no pueden continuar pagando y las personas de canto de sol no quieren cancelar su membresia.

Awful servive, please avoid their timeshare presentations, dont get involved with them, the only thing that you really get is a big debt, stay sharp.

Horrible experiencia con estas personas de Canto del Sol, de una ves les advierto que no es nada de lo que prometen, terminan pagando muchisimo dinero a cambio de nada, no se los recomiendo para nada, solo es perdida de dinero !

Be carefull with those rats ! they stoled my money with no refund ! dont get involved on timeshare business with this people, canto del sol are totally scammers, for own experience is better to invest your money on something else than a timeshare, really.

Hola imvestigando en internet me di cuenta que no soy el unico al que este resort ha estafado , somos cientos de personas insatisfechas con lo que hace este resort, creo que no es justo que no expliquen claramente los servicios lo que incluye y lo que no ..es una pena verdaderamente que por estos "errores" terminemos pagando muchisimo dinero !

I feel so bad for all those persons ( me include) that felt on their timeshare trap , if someone are thinking to acquire a timeshare DONT DO IT , if you make a research you will find a lot of complaints talking about this resort, dont get involved on timeshare field.

I paid Sunwing to stay here all inclusive for 3 weeks. When I asked to inspect the room prior to checkin , the staff showed me the Deluxe Suite and stated that if I signed up for Timeshare - FULLY REFUNDABLE within 3 days - that the suite would not cost me any more than the Standard room. I paid and then gave them written notice to cancel the Timeshare and after weeks of delays , they presented me with a bill for $20,000.00 U.S. for the Deluxe. What a SCAM! DO NOT TRUST ANY staff there ! They will lie to get your money! and make promises that will never be kept.

Bueno estas personas ,no se cansan de sacarles dinero a los turistas, aun no entiendo como es posible que personas sigan cayendo en sus trampas, de verdad que asistir a una presentacion de tiempo compartido de estas personas es como aventarte a un pozo sin fondo, por su bien nunca vayana a una presentacion de estas, ni mucho menos acercarse.

my boyfriend basely was cheated and scammed by timeshare people, yes they stoled him , promised him a thousand things and benefits and could never use it or anything, if that were not enough he was demanding to renew his membership, i dont know how rat could be timeshare people, just stay away from any timeshares pls
