- the 5 days period to cancel is never mentioned in the presentations, they also state that "Saturday" in Mexico is a "business day" which is not. The 5 days period to cancel is a legal right which cannot be waived.
- The sales people promise to “trade-in” timeshares as part of their sales tactics. the sales man refers you to a resell or rental company for the sale or rental of your previously or new timeshare to paid off your new purchase. At the end, the resale and/or rental company does nothing for you, the client are stuck with your two or more timeshares.
- they promise no further fee besides the "All-Inclusive". but the special assessment fee keeps going up and up every month for unknown reasons.
- His Timeshare´s program Leading Vacation Club doesn´t work as the salespeople promised

No vayan a desayunos de cortesía en Leading Club, a nosotros nos pasó y fue un engaño total. No te dejan ni respirar, los vendedores son súper enfadosos y hostigadores, hasta se sientan contigo a desayunar, interrogándote todo el tiempo y no te dejan ni comer.
Nos prometieron muchas cosas, pero nada de lo que dijeron estaba en el contrato. Lo peor es que nos hicieron sentir súper presionados para firmar ahí mismo, como ya nos queríamos ir pues firmamos, pensamos que una vez saliendo después lo resolveríamos, porque nos dijeron que si después no lo queríamos podíamos cancelarlo cuando quisiéramos, pues grave error, ha sido la peor decisión.
Nada de lo que nos prometieron se cumplió, y encima ahora estamos batallando muchísimo para cancelar. Estamos hartos y desesperados porque parece que todo está diseñado para que no puedas salirte. De verdad, NO se arriesguen, no acepten ir ni al desayuno y si van no compren nada.
Leading Club es una estafa, no crea en sus promesas de venta. Compre la membresía porque me dijeron que era más barato y cuando revise en las plataformas vi que estoy pagando más del doble, de nada sirve tener membresía porque no ahorras nada, no les crean si les dicen que es porque tienes que reservar con anticipación por que yo lo hice y no obtuve ningún beneficio
Leading Vacation Club no cumplió con lo acordado por sus vendedores. Me prometieron que las semanas que puse en venta estaban listas para ser compradas, pero nunca fue así. Al atrasarme en una cuota, me bloquearon de inmediato, dejándome sin posibilidad de vender mis semanas.
Considero que esta situación es una estafa y deseo que me devuelvan mi dinero. Quiero dejar la membresía pero ya eh invertido 2700 dolares en esta.

Estimados, el día 26 de junio firmé un contrato con leading vacation, en reef coco beach en Playa del Carmen.
No hice el trabajo de revisar todos los malos comentarios y ahora me doy cuenta, quiero cancelar mi membresía y quisiera saber si ustedes me pueden apoyar y cómo opera su servicio.

This place is a joke. The Reef PlayaCar is supposed to be a five-star hotel and the customer service is terrible. They wouldn´t answer the phone at the reception but kept calling early in the morning inviting me and my husband to the timeshare presentation and free breakfast (which we were not interested one bit) it was truly annoying.
The reef playacar in playa del carmen is fantastic and we thought it would be nice to have an ownership over there, so I signed the contract right away. After reading it I found it quite complicated to understand. It was confusing and different from what they promised to us, now they are refusing to release me from the contract and they never mention I could not cancel it after signing.
During the sales presentation I was told that there was no grace period but after I got home and read the contract in full it turns out that I had 5 days to cancel. And I would've cancelled. They didn't tell me that I would "have" to purchase all inclusive when booking a week and told me that I could use as many weeks as I wanted but that's not true, only 4 weeks a year. I even asked a few times what the inclusive rate would be but in order to get that I would have to fill out a form and use one of my weeks that wasn't modifiable. It's hoop after hoop.
I got cheated out of $250,000.00 by Aaron J Bureman at the Reef Resort in Playa del Carmen and another $100,000.00 by Golden Equity that was supposed to sell my timeshare weeks for $2,000.00 a week. Be very careful if you buy timeshares in Mexico.
estafadores! las personas de reefplaya car nos robaron con el pretexto de una membresia de tiempo compartido, es hora que aun no podemos agendar porque no nos han enviado la aprobacion de nuestra membresia, sin embargo ya nos empezadon a cobrar las mensualidades, necesitamos hacer algo al respecto.
