- it’s sold as "Real State" but in fact is a timeshare contract.
- Sales people guarantee that if the resort is not completly build in 2 years the client will receive all monies paid but it is not stated anywhere in the contract.
- the sales people offer to "trade-in" timeshares in no more than 90 days but at the end of that timeframe, client is stuck with the old and Puerto Bahia timeshare.

Puerto Bahia en Panamá fue pura decepción. La “Villa Deluxe” tenía goteras, hormigas en la cama y un SPA que era el baño de la recepción. Los vendedores de tiempo compartido parecían zombis, no te sueltan hasta que firmas.
Well, Puerto Bahia Villas & Spa in Costa Rica supposedly has a "spa", but the “spa” was a single steamy room with two broken massage chairs. The “villa” was a cramped studio with a busted AC, and housekeeping only came if you bribed them with tips. Oh, and those timeshare hounds? Ugh, they corner you like bugs.
Por favor, no asistan a las presentaciones de tiempos compartidos de este hotel, todo lo que te cuentan y los beneficios que te ofrecen son mentiras, nada de lo que te dicen viene en el contrato y una vez firmado es casi imposible cancelarlo con el hotel. Los tiempos compartidos no son una inversión, son una ESTAFA.
We bought into this TIMESHARE when 6 sharks, oh I mean salesmen, surrounded us and did not accept our no, not now, we are not interested, etc, repeatedly. Really it takes 6 people to sell something that someone wants.but bussiness there.
Very far from what they promised, not a good investment at all, don buy their timeshare membership! its truly a full scam! beware of this dogs.
Bad experience, not even regular, puerto bahia are full of timeshare scammers and the main manager seems that it doesnt bother to him, just quit staying there and avoid all their timeshare presentation invitations, we need a full refund asap.
no son para nada una buena opcion para vacacionar, muchomenos adquirir una membresia con estas personas, sugiero no atender a las presentaciones de tiempo compartido de este resort, son un fraude.

This is a scam. If it is from Woodson Capital Administration. I called this company and they said there was no one by the name of Jake Cirrillo there. They asked if this was about the mexico class action. Then said this fellow was using their company name illegally and he had been reported to the FBI. NEVER send money!

Estamos de acuerdo en que es un complejo muy bonito, ya que por eso fue que accedimos a comprar la membresía, nuestro problema actualmente es que no podemos usarla, ademas de que cobran mucho dinero por las cuotas de mantenimiento no hay disponibilidad, ya no sabemos que hacer.
