They're nothing but liars, don't get tangled up in all the lies in the timeshare world
we purchased a membership and everything was fine but after we went back they talked us into upgrading to yearly and we did so, that when it all went bad. since the upgrade we have not been able to book, when we call on the phone we get passed around to person to person and then we speak to a supervisor and get absolutely nowhere .We rented a condo and went down there just so we could speak to someone face to face with someone and it was over easter weekend. We spoke with Elyssa who claims to be the General manager in charge of the members club he said he would take care of it and to return tommorrow so we did. He never told anyone so we was back to square one again and he told me and my wife he would never let a American stay in that resort on Easter weekend and I told him we wasnt there to book just to get this issue resolved, as of 7 days later im still with no answers. i will be contacting a attorney in the United states and profecto. I have asked for the owners email twice but they wont give it out
We were victims of fraud involving Occidental Vacation Club. An inside person either gave our personal information to someone or an inside person committed the fraud. We were contacted a couple of years ago by the suspect and booked a trip (or so we thought) only to find out it was all a fraud. The person did not make any reservations on our behalf as he said he was doing and we were out a few thousand dollars.
Occidental staff more or less said 'oops - you shouldn't have booked with the fictitious person - we put it on our web that they are fraudsters out there'. Of course we are asking why doesn't Occidental do their due diligence and rather than just warn about fraud, put some internal controls in place to prevent this from happening.
After 5 years of waiting for resolution, such as criminal charges being laid and a refund of our outlay for the trip that never was.
We advised Occidental we were cancelling our contract and they can do whatever with it. What did they do....sent a collection agency after us. Now that's a company I want to do business with (not!).
Yo compre un programa y me funciono de maravilla ademas lo e usado en muchos lugares fuera de Mexico, y Ustedes son una beneficiencia publica o por que tan caritativos??

We have bought a time share at Allegro Occidental What a scam They are sure good at what they do They made it sound so good until we got home and really read the contract would love to get out of this we owe $15,000 We have paid them almost $4000.00. We have to start a payment plan or pay it off next week. We feel quite foolish to have fallen into this Is there any way we can get out of this?
