I told them I want to cancel the purchase and they refused to.. how do I get out of this mess?
Este es mi segundo año con el tiempo compartido y resulta que NUNCA tiene fechas disponibles para cuando quiero ir, es la tercera vez en este año que solicito una reservación y las tres veces e han dicho que no hay disponibilidad. Hpoy es 12 de agosto de 2014 y pedí una reservación para el 4 de diciembre y NO HAY!!!! y ke dijeron por teléfono que necesito hacer la reservación con UN AÑO de anticipación ... dicen que en mi contrato dice eso... ya revise mi contrato y no lo encuentro le pedí a las personas del call center que me dijeran en que parte de mi contrato dice que con un año de anticipación tengo que hacer la reservación y me dijeron textual "nosotros no tenemos el contrato en la mano pero ahi debe de decir"... les contesté que "yo si lo tenia en la mano, que por favor me dijeran donde decia eso... y no supieron decirme donde!!!!

they used their "hightech" and showed us how "easy" was to use their program based in points, and at the end when we told the sales person that we could not afford it then they offered it as the best program for invest our money arguing that we could rent our points through them bacause as they have other resorts in Mexico they "need" those rooms
NO COMPREN en este lugar, la experiencia que acabamos de experimentar nos dice que en la vida ..."las cosas que no te cuestan, es porque pagas el doble por ellas" fuimos reclutados (enganchados) por personal que se encontraba en la entrada del hotel Pueblo bonito Rose, nos invitaron a conocer el complejo Pueblo bonito sunset, nos ofrecieron regalos y mas regalos... nos llevaron en un camion panoramico, llegamos al complejo, nos enseñaron el lugar el cual es verdaderamente hermoso, de ahi a desayunar, y luego vino el martirio de ofrecerte la luna y las estrellas, te ofrecen paquetes que van desde 4 hasta 12 personas en tiempos compratidos de una semana hasta las que tu decidas, todo se escucha bien kool, hasta que algo no te convence ellos se empeñan en que aproveches poque solo ese dia puedes comprar, te envuelven y te presionan... son muy insistentes y cada que te niegas..te mandan a otra persona con mas experiencia... te niegas ..y te envian a otra mas experimentada, en total te enfrentas a unos 4 o 5 lobos con hambre de que les compres,, al final lo que costaba por ejemplo 350,000 con una vigencia de 99 años, te lo bajan a 30,000 solo para 10 años, jajajajaja que AMABLES.. hasta te ofrecen no pagar mantenimiento ni cuota, te regalan certificados para viajar en barco o cruceros por alaska y no se cuantos lugares mas, te dcen que ahi viven artistas de Holliwood y en fin puras mntiras, lo unico bueno es que estar soportando tanta presion te premian con un certificado para te subas a un barco y te lleven a bucear y admirar el arco, pero claro siempre y cuando toleres las 4.5 horas que se requieren para escuchar sus ofertas patito, por favor tengan cuidado porque les exigen lleven tarjetas de credito las cuales si no las portan al momento de llegar a la cita, los miran como unos desarrapados... y ellos que son me pregunto?
es el peor resort en el que he estado, son muy groseros y meten muchisima presion!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FIRME UN CONTRATO PARA UN TIEMPO COMPARTIDO CON EL HOTEL PUEBLO BONITO. PERO ANALIZANDO A FONDO EL CONTRATO QUE EN MANERA PRECIPITADA FIRME CAI EN CUENTA DE QUE ES MEJOR CANCELAR YA ME COBRARON UN ANTICIPO DE 24000 TIENEN INFORMACION QUE ME PUEDA APOYAR?
