... ciertamente se leen historias muy tristes en este sitio, es lamentable que tanta gente se sienda defraudada, creo que si se puede hacer y mucho, pues por muy malo que haya sido el contrato real a la hora de leerlo, algo deben estar dando a cambio por el dinero recibido, lo primero es asegurarse de los documentos legales y someterlos al escrutinio de una persona calificada y que sea de verdadera confianza para valorar todos los puntos a favor como lo en contra, ya despues de saber la situacion legal del contrato, exigir lo que a derecho corresponda, en caso de que la contraparte no responda, emprender una demanda formal y legal hasta sus ultimas consecuencias para recuperar algo de lo perdido... pero eso demanda verdadero interes para dar seguimiento a semejante reclamo, buena suerte a todos.

WE CANNOT MAKE A RESERVATION AS THEY ARE ALWAYS BOOKED. WE HAVE 2 WEEKS A YEAR, BUT THEY ARE ALWAYS BOOKED SO WE CAN'T USE IT.
You are scammed! I just tried to make a reservation and was told they were full. Then I looked on the PB Sunset Website and I could book two weeks as a hotel guest for $4,000! They want new guests to lie to and scam further.
We were told this timeshare would be a tax write off, that we would have one permanent week and additional weeks for free (wrong you can rent and paym, just like at a hotel), taht we could rent our weeks, etcetc. They even changes the lcoation of where we were supposed to stay on our paperwork.
We made a 2196 deposit and ahve been paying payments on the total $9546 since April.
I have a Pueblo Bonito sunset timeshare, for the past 2 years and I need to cancel it, I got a presidential suite, the sales person told me I could get the same capacity of people if I was going somewhere else, She was hard on the RCI and the extra time that I could get, now the resorts available on the initial book of RCI are getting smaller every year and principal cities in other countries are not available and is not where to go.
We purchased a fractional home at Monte Cristo Estates in Cabo San Lucas, MX. When we used it for the first time, within weeks of its completion, we discovered that they had significantly changed the layout of the resort putting our home next to business office. We asked for our money back in accordance with the terms of the contract and have gotten no results. They have violated the the contract and should return our money. They claim they have not breach the contract and denied any request made. Ernesto Coppel and their family are making themselves rich by stealing money from honest, hard working Americans.
My husband and I signed a timeshare contract on May 20. Same experience as the rest of you. We were so foolish no one needs to tell us that. But I will not stop until I receive the full reimbursement of my earnest money deposit.
My husband and I purchased a timeshare. We were told that we would receive 2 bonus weeks every other year at Pueblo Bonito , We were also guaranteed to be a part of their rental program and could rent out our timeshare every other year rather than use it and we would certainly make a profit.
Now we are being told by Pueblo Bonito Premier that no such bonus weeks exist for those prices. We only purchased the timeshare for the promised bonus weeks and rental program.
Pueblo bonito sold us a timeshare on agreement that they would purchase my existing timeshare. They made guarantees that our timeshare would be purchased within 90 days from day we signed. It has been 4 months since we signed and we haven´t received nothing yet.
