pesimo servicio , y lo peor de todo es que es carisimo , adquirimos con ellos un tiempo compartido hace unos 4 años y solo lo hemos usado una ves porque resulta que siempre esta ocupado y nos dan fechas imposibles para nosotros, la verdad que fue una pesima "inversion" comprar con pueblo bonito, ahorrense ese dinero y no caigan en su juego de membresia !
This is the worst place to purchase a time share. They lie about everything!!! We were told we could go anywhere in the book. Now they say we're on a point system. Nothing was said about a point system when we purchased. We were promised that we could go to any pueblo bonito resort without paying extra fees. Now we are told we have to pay all inclusive fees. Never can get dates we want. I hate this place.
Pueblo Bonito es muy bonito , sus instalaciones y hasta su comida, el problema es que en el apartado de los tiempos compartido son unos mentirosos y tramposos, mi esposa y yo tenemos casi 6 años con uno y solo lo hemos usado 1 ves , que les pasa? nos dicen que no hay disponibilidad y nos dan fechas que ni al caso , cuando durante la presentacion nos dijeron que podriamos usarlo cuando quisieramos , actualmente estamos buscando la cancelacion de nuestro contrato.
My husband and I purchased a timeshare here at Sunset Beach, Cabo in 2008. Dirk Meyer, who is now referred to as Dirk Meyer the Liar frequently on the internet, was our salesman. He was smooth. He told us everything verbally to get us to buy that WASN'T anywhere on the contract we received AFTER we paid the deposit of $5,000. He also promised his real estate company would sell our existing timeshare to offset our costs in at least 3 months if not less. We were able to eventually cancel the contract after a battle to save our credit rating. But we never received our $5000 back although we sought to cancel the contract within 5 days of payment initially. Theft. Leaves a sour taste in one's mouth for the resort regardless of how lovely it is there...we will never return. I hope many other travelers read up ahead of time and BEWARE. I would still like to have a refund of the $5k.
My parents recently were scammed by Pueblo Bonito , is such a shame how this people lie about everything , i highly recommend you to avoid their timeshare presentations, dont get caught.
Al igual que muchas personas, tambien hemos sido estafados por pueblo bonito, nos ofrecieron una membresia que al principio no quisimos pero nos insistieron mucho al grado de ofrecernos comidas, viajes y dinero , fue ahi cuando lo reconsideramos nuevamente y terminamos firmando un contrato, que ya llevamos unos años con eso y aun no vemos claro la disponibilidad del el resort , es una pena que siendo un resort tan bonito las personas a cargo sean tan mentirosas .
Horrible, jamas pense que tener un tiempo compartido a la larga seria tan complicado ! estamos perdiendo muchisimo dinero con este resort y ya no podemos seguir pagando porque ya no nos estandejando usarlo si no actualizamos la membresia , de verdad necesitamos salir de esta pesadilla.
Hola estamos muy arrepentidos de aver comprado con pueblo bonito , nos estan cobrando muchisimo de cuotas de mantenimiento , no podemos usar nuestro tiempo compartido tampoco ya que nos estan forzando en actualizar nuestra membresia para seguir usarlo , es tiempo de cancelar, 5 años ya en esto pero creo que ya no podemos mas seguir pagando algo que no podemos usar.
Es una pena que por el entusiasmo que te trasmiten esas personas no te dan tiempo de leer el contrato, he perdido mucho dinero y si quieres cancelar te cobran $30,000, si te atrasas te hablan de Concord como si fueras un criminal, nunca use este tiempo compartido por que no me pasaban el código para darme de alta.
