Fiesta Americana delivered a comfortable environment, but service follow-through was inconsistent. Requests were answered quickly but rarely resolved on the first attempt, which slowly chipped away at the experience.
What bothered us most were the surprise sales conversations disguised as casual chats. They interrupted meals, pool time, and even simple walks around the property. After a while, it created a sense of needing to stay alert instead of relaxed.

En Fiesta Americana Cozumel lo que más molesta es la insistencia de la venta de membresías. Cada vez que pedías ayuda, terminabas con un formulario o una invitación a una charla. La comida estaba bien, pero el trato general fue frío y sin atención a los detalles que un resort de este nivel debería tener.
