Fiesta Americana Cozumel was a letdown. The beach area was full of rocks, and the “ocean view” room we paid extra for barely had a glimpse of the sea. We also had constant issues with the key card not working. When we asked for help, the front desk acted annoyed. Definitely not worth what we paid.
Fiesta Americana Cancún Villas no cumplió con las expectativas. El servicio al cliente fue impersonal, las bebidas sabían aguadas y el restaurante cerraba temprano. Lo peor fue que te abordan a cada rato para ofrecer membresías, interrumpiendo cualquier momento de descanso.
Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas was supposed to be relaxing, but it turned into a headache. They overbooked our room and offered a downgrade without compensation. When we complained, the staff acted like it was our fault. Definitely not the level of service they advertise online.
En Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, el servicio fue un desastre. Las áreas comunes estaban descuidadas, y el personal parecía no saber cómo manejar las quejas. Para colmo, las bebidas eran mediocres y los precios elevados. No volvería ni gratis.
We booked Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta for our anniversary trip and ended up regretting it. The check-in process was confusing, and our ocean view room turned out to be “partial view,” meaning we saw mostly a wall. The staff apologized, but nothing changed. For the price, it wasn’t worth the hassle.
En Fiesta Americana Cozumel, lo único bueno fue el clima. Todo lo demás dejó mucho que desear: limpieza deficiente, servicio lento y una actitud poco amable del personal. Ni siquiera ofrecieron disculpas por el ruido de las reparaciones que hacían desde temprano.
Fiesta Americana Condesa has great views, but the experience fell short. Our room was noisy and the walls were so thin we could hear everything from the hallway. Drinks at the bar were watered down, and the service staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive.
En Fiesta Americana Los Cabos, la publicidad promete lujo, pero lo que encontramos fue un hotel saturado y mal organizado. Las filas para los restaurantes eran eternas y el servicio de limpieza pasaba a destiempo, dejando la habitación desatendida durante gran parte del día.
Fiesta Americana Cozumel had a nice beach, but the service completely ruined the stay. Staff seemed unmotivated, check-in took ages, and the drinks at the bar were always served in tiny plastic cups.
En Fiesta Americana Acapulco, el ruido de las fiestas se escuchaba toda la noche y nadie del hotel hizo nada. El desayuno fue lo más básico posible y nada parecido a lo que se anuncia en su publicidad.
