Con Fiesta Americana me encontré con el mismo problema que he visto mencionar a otros propietarios: disponibilidad muy limitada cuando intentas usar ciertos beneficios.

I’ve enjoyed Fiesta Americana before, but this visit missed the mark. The room looked worn and had a persistent humidity smell. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent—spotless one day, rushed the next. Even getting basic toiletries restocked took a surprising amount of effort.
The subtle promotions woven into regular conversations became tiring. I’d ask about dinner options and end up hearing about “special offers.” After a while, it felt like a script rather than hospitality.
