Fiesta Americana Coral Beach looked nice online but didn’t meet expectations. The staff wasn’t responsive, the food was average at best, and they kept bringing up joining their club even when I said no the first time.
Todo era bonito en apariencia en Fiesta Americana Cancún, pero cuando estás ahí, te das cuenta de que todo gira alrededor de venderte una membresía. Cansado y nada relajante.
En Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta todo parecía ir bien, hasta que comenzaron con el tema del club vacacional. Nos quitó el gusto de estar ahí. Solo buscábamos descansar, no firmar contratos.
We booked Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. The pool area was beautiful, but everything else felt off. We were constantly approached about joining their club, which felt awkward and unwelcoming.
I stayed at Fiesta Americana Cozumel. While the views were lovely, the resort was clearly understaffed. The worst part was the constant nudging to attend a timeshare presentation. Just let us enjoy our vacation.
No es la primera vez que vamos a un Fiesta Americana, pero esta vez en Cancún todo fue diferente. Parecía que solo querían vendernos una membresía. Muy insistentes y el servicio bajó mucho de calidad.
En Fiesta Americana nos ofrecieron un “desayuno informativo” y resultó ser una venta forzada. No nos gustó para nada la experiencia, y desde ahí todo el servicio se sintió frío.
Booked Fiesta Americana Los Cabos expecting a peaceful getaway. Instead, we were hassled to hear about their vacation club on day one. Didn’t feel like a guest, felt like a target.
The Fiesta Americana in Cancun looked luxurious online, but once we got there, it felt very average. Our room had a leaking sink, and the dining options were limited unless you paid more. Also, the constant upselling was frustrating.
No me gustó que en Fiesta Americana insistieran tanto con la venta de su club vacacional. Íbamos a descansar y acabamos evitando al personal. Además, la habitación tenía detalles que nunca arreglaron.
