    Legendary Hard Rock Punta Cana looked glamorous on their website, but in person it was just constant sales pressure. From the moment we checked in, they tried to convince us to upgrade to some “exclusive membership.” The staff seemed more interested in selling than serving. Even the food was mediocre for the price.

    El Hard Rock Riviera Maya fue puro ruido y decepción. La habitación tenía problemas con el agua caliente y nadie se hizo responsable. Lo peor fue la insistencia de los vendedores del club Legendario; no se podía disfrutar de la alberca sin que alguien se acercara a ofrecer “oportunidades únicas.”

    We stayed at the Legendary Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, expecting a luxurious break. Instead, we were constantly approached by sales reps for their so-called “exclusive club.” It ruined the relaxing vibe. Even at the pool, someone came by asking if we’d “had our membership presentation yet.” Never again.

    El Hard Rock Vallarta parecía prometedor, pero la experiencia fue agotadora. Nos ofrecieron una “reunión de bienvenida” que terminó siendo una venta agresiva de membresías. Cuando dijimos que no queríamos participar, el trato del personal cambió totalmente. Muy decepcionante.

    We stayed at the Legendary Hard Rock Punta Cana thinking it would be a luxury experience, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. From check-in to check-out, it felt like everything was about pushing their membership. Even at breakfast, someone tried to talk us into “exclusive benefits.” Not what I paid for at all.

    En el Hard Rock Cancún, el trato fue demasiado insistente. Apenas llegamos, nos ofrecieron asistir a una presentación “informativa” que terminó siendo una venta de tiempo compartido disfrazada. Perdimos casi toda la mañana con eso, y lo peor es que al negarnos, la actitud del personal cambió completamente.

    Legendary Hard Rock keeps pushing memberships at every corner, which makes it impossible to relax. We signed up for a simple vacation and ended up being bombarded by sales reps who wouldn’t take no for an answer. Even trying to enjoy the pool or a meal came with interruptions from staff trying to upsell something.

    En Hard Rock Riviera Maya, lo peor fue la insistencia en vender membresías “Legendary.” Apenas llegamos, nos presionaron para asistir a presentaciones, y cuando dijimos que no, siguieron insistiendo cada día. Uno espera descanso, no sentir que está en una feria de ventas.

    Legendary Hard Rock promised VIP perks with their membership, but all we got were endless restrictions. The supposed “priority” reservations were always gone, and the check-in line was just as long as everyone else’s.

    En Hard Rock Punta Cana, el ambiente parecía más enfocado en vender membresías que en atender huéspedes. Nos presionaron desde el primer día y la calidad de los servicios no justificaba el precio tan alto.
