Westgate made us regret our stay. The resort itself was okay, but the timeshare pressure ruined everything. We were approached multiple times a day, even when we just wanted to enjoy the pool. It made the whole vacation feel uncomfortable.

Westgate’s entire setup feels like a sales machine disguised as a resort. From the moment we checked in, they pushed presentations, and when we refused, the service suddenly became cold and dismissive.

Westgate in Orlando bombarded us with calls to attend a presentation. When we finally gave in, the sales team spent hours trying to pressure us. Afterward, the staff seemed less friendly, almost like we were a burden.

At Westgate, we were harassed by phone calls every morning about attending a sales meeting, and it made what should have been a peaceful trip feel stressful.

Westgate was more stressful than relaxing. We were bombarded with constant invitations to presentations about their timeshare program, even though we repeatedly said we weren’t interested. Staff kept approaching us in the lobby, and we even got calls to our room about it. For a resort of this size, I expected more professionalism.
