Royal Elite Vacation Club complaints:
- Salesperson claims that the all-inclusive fee is per couple, but in reality it is per person per night. Clients can often book the vacation cheaper online without using their timeshare, than with booking their timeshare and paying the maintenance fees and all-inclusive fees.
- Claim that they can resell a previously owned timeshare for a profit and use that money to pay for the new membership at Royal Elite Vacation Club.
- Salesperson offers extra weeks to clients for rental purposes. They claim that the rental income makes the timeshare a good financial investment, and they can use the money in the first few years to pay off the membership.
- Salesperson claims that they can trade their weeks to RCI points, and use the points to pay for 100% of an airline ticket, when in reality RCI only allows for clients to use points for 33% of the cost of the ticket.

Royal Elite Timeshares just tried to ruin my credit!!!!!
Royal Elite es el mejor CLub Vacacional del Mundo. Soy socio de varios desarrollos y siempre escojo Sandos por su excelente servicio y que aquí si vale la pena ser socios.
I tried for weeks to find out if there was any truth to this company. There is not.
HOLA A TODOS, LES COMENTO MI EXPERIENCIA, AFORTUNADAMENTE Y GRACIAS A DIOS NO CONTRATAMOS EL TIEMPO COMPARTIDO, COMO LO DICEN PRIMERO SON DE LO MAS AMABLES Y CUANDO LES DICES QUE NO DESPUES DE 4 HORAS SENTADOS, CUANDO EN UN PRINCIPIO TE DICEN QUE SOLO VA A DURAR UNA HORA, SE MUESTRAN DE LO MAS GROSEROS, EL VENDEDOR NOS QUERIA HACER SENTIR MAL DICIENDONOS QUE PERDIO EL DIA Y NO GANO NADO, PERO LA VERDAD NOSOTROS PERDIDMOS DE MEDIO DIA SIN APROVECHAR LA PLAYA.
AL FINAL NOS REGALARON UN SUPUESTO CERTIFICADO DONDE TENEMOS 7 NOCHES 8 DIAS DE HOSPEDAJE GRATIS. AL QUERERLO UTILIZAR, NUNCA ME CONTESTARON, HORAS ESPERANDO EN LA LINEA Y AL FINAL ME DICEN QUE SI PERO PAGUE ALIMENTOS 90 DOLARES POR PERSONA POR DIA Y UN NIÑO DE TRES AÑOS 45 DOLARES POR DIA, HACIENDO CUENTAS EL REGALO ES MINIMO Y QUE ACTUALMENTE EL HOTEL COBRA 120 DOLARES POR PERSONA POR NOCHE INCLUIDO HOSPEDAJE Y ALIMENTOS Y NIÑOS GRATIS. .
DESPUES DE VER TODO ESTO ME DA MAS GUSTO NO HABER CONTRATADO SU MEMBRESIA YA QUE DOLOSAMENTE EN TODA LA PLATICA NUNCA NOS EXPLICAN QUE NO INCLUYE ALIMENTOS. CASI YA PARA FIRMAR LES PREGUNTAMOS Y NO SABIAN NI COMO RESPONDERNOS QUE NO LOS INCLUIA, AHI FUE DONDE SE LES CAYO EL TEATRO Y YA NI NOS HICIERON CASO.
DEMANDENLOS EN PROFECO O EN OTRA VIA, NO LES REGALEN SU DINERO. SIN DUDARLO REGRESARIA AL HOTEL PERO NO VUELO A ACEPTAR SUS INVITACIONES DE ROYAL ELITE.
It is easier just to book a week at a hotel. A lot of people have their own holiday shack near the beach, so don't need such things as timeshare.

No compre tiempo compartido como un negocio, es casi imposible rentar las semanas, a mi me dijeron que seria muy facil, que ellos me ayudarian y aun no he podido rentar
