ROYAL ELITE Sandos Resorts Timeshare COMPLAINTS

Compramos una membresía en octubre de 2010 en el Sandos Caracol, nos estamos dando cuenta que es una gran estafa y queremos cancelar nuestro contrato y nos amenazan con enviarnos al veraz. Nosotros ni siquiera pedimos recuperar la plata que ya entregamos. No existe legalmente forma de poder dar de baja este contrato?.

mis papas fueron de viaje a playa del carmen y ellos contaban ya con un tiempo compartido de RCI que compraron en mazatlan en un hotel llamado INN AT MAZATLAN, con el cual estan completamente comodos y satisfechos, el problema fue que een playa del carmen un señor les vendio otro tiempo compartido prometiendoles que se les iba a tomar en cuenta lo que habian pagado en el otro hotel, lo cual no fue asi, ahora tiene 2 tiempos compartidos y se quieren deshacer del de playa del carmen.

I purchased a usage agreement from them in feb 0f 2010. I have been trying to contact them to make a reservation for next January but they do not reply to my e-mails.

  Go to the Sandos Playacar website, go to contact us, pick the phone number for your country and call them. You will get help right then and there.

    My timeshare has giving me trouble from the start, all the lies and false promises. I did try to contact the resort to get everything solve, but turns out they never answer their phones, and when someone does answer you they just keep transferring you over and over until you get tired to wait around and just hang up. I had never deal with a resort so lack of customer service like Royal Elite.

I see lots of reports on your site regarding royal-elite. We signed for Discovery package on belief we could use weeks with RCI and given vouchers for 'any' Sandos resort. Have been trying since January to get availability and prices for Oct at Sandos Lanzarote, but still no info. Tried reclaiming via credit card but received threats of debt collectors and more promises, but still no info. Now told RCI not applicable to our package, and vouchers only valid at one location not all.  Any advice would be apprecisted. I just want what they promised!

Hi just want to know i have time sharing with Royal Elite it seems its not at all what was promised at the contract signature the plan is worthless i want to cancel my contract

Hello, We have much the same story as all the others. Pressured or as i call it" held hostage to purchase the timeshare".I say that because we were picked up from the shopping area and taken to Caracol, with no way to return back to town and after a series of salesperson, each with their own twist, we purchased a 2 bedroom time share. Many promises were made, but none were ever delivered. A breach of contract every time we visited. Each time we visit the timeshare there are new costumer service representatives,which are always overwhelmed by complaining guest. At one point during our nightmare vacation to Sandos, Royal Elite knew they were in breach of the contract and offered to give us a one bedroom time share in exchange for what we had already paid and call it even. If they were able to deliver on their promises of a relaxing vacation, the deal would have been great. However, that is not the case, just on our last trip this year we were not given anything promised. to this date some 6 trips later we have never seen, much less been given the one bedroom we bought. Never seen all the promised amenities or benefited from RCI and pretty much spend our entire vacation arguing with them to make it right.
