Royal Elite Vacation Club complaints:
- Salesperson claims that the all-inclusive fee is per couple, but in reality it is per person per night. Clients can often book the vacation cheaper online without using their timeshare, than with booking their timeshare and paying the maintenance fees and all-inclusive fees.
- Claim that they can resell a previously owned timeshare for a profit and use that money to pay for the new membership at Royal Elite Vacation Club.
- Salesperson offers extra weeks to clients for rental purposes. They claim that the rental income makes the timeshare a good financial investment, and they can use the money in the first few years to pay off the membership.
- Salesperson claims that they can trade their weeks to RCI points, and use the points to pay for 100% of an airline ticket, when in reality RCI only allows for clients to use points for 33% of the cost of the ticket.

Trying to cancel, within our 5 business days, at Royal Elite. They are telling us that Saturday is a business day in Mexico, therefore we noticed them on the sixth or seventh day. They are refusing to cancel the contracts and refusing to refund our $5,785.88 down payment which was charged on our Visa card. There last and final offer is simply to discount the original purchase price. Can you help us?
Hola, Soy Silvana y bueno que les puedo decir, con mi esposo y mi hija en abril de este año fuimos de vacaciones al sandos caracol en playa del carmen y no engancharon con esta membresia, hemos pagado la mayor parte y lo demas de la tarjeta, pero no nos dan respuesta y nos tienen a las vueltas, nunca hay disponibilidad y las tarifas son mas elevadas que contratando de una agencia de viaje. Nosotros tambien nos sentimos estafados y no sabemos como hacer par asalirnos de esto, ya hemos pedido la renunci apero siempre elevan la solicitud y nunca dan respuestas.Por favor si alguien tuvo una solucion nos pueden ayudar, estamos desesperados. Gracias
They lied about a lot of things, but the worst one is when they told me that once i signed my timeshare that I traded in Porto vallarta was gone before I even signed all the papers. I called to ask questions from the salesman and he would not even answer my calls or e-mail.
