- All of their clients were imposed Special Assessments on one or several occasions which, in effect, doubled their yearly maintenances fees without stating the specific reason for the additional assessment fee.

I would like to know how I can cancel my membership with raintree. I have had my membership since April 2008, and everytime I want to reserve a week it is always no avaliability. They promised it was a good investment, which its not! And that I could rent it easy, of course I can't!!! I would just like to get rid of it now!!!!
