Hace 3 años compré un tiempo compartido en West Gate Resorts de temporada baja, después compré también el de temporada alta. Lo hice con el fin y la emoción de salir más con mi familia y disfrutar pero veo que cometí un gran error, las mensualidades son de $280 dólares y el mantenimiento es de $850 , me siento triste y desesperada porque ya no puedo seguir pagando y no se como hacer. Hace unos meses quise usarlo y tenía que pagar casi $300 y eso ya era con descuento de dueño... Todo esto es un abuso, Por favor ayudenme.

Fui un fin de semana a Las Vegas ahí me acorralaron cerca de 9 hrs amenazandonos que si no adquiría el timeshare se me cobraría una multa por hospedarme en ese resort sin ser miembros después de una acalorada discusión tube q firmar y hacer el contrato en inglés desconociendo todas las cláusulas en 5 días quise cancelar y nadie contesto inclusive según nunca les llego mi aviso de cancelación q corage y asco que no haya quien regule este tipo de FRAUDES y tanto que Estados Unidos critica a MEXICO y les juro q eso no pasa en mi país asco
Acepte una membresía en westgate Resort pero soy estudiante y no tengo cómo seguir pagando la cuota y me dicen que no se puede deshacer el contrato aunque ellos me dijeron que si lo podía hacer cuando quiera si con el tiempo tenía un problema para seguir pagando y nunca he usado algún servido del que me brindan
