me and my husband felt on this , we acquire a timeshare, we thought that could be a good price, a great investmen for our family and our future generations, but you know is not like that , the only thing that we really acquired was a big debt , of problems and money , timeshare field is a tricky thing , avoid it please.
la vd aunque te regalen un tiempo compartido ni lo acepten , no tienen idea de todos los problemas que implica tener un tiempo compartido , es un sin fin de gastos que tienes que hacer, servicios, cuotas de mantenimientos y entre otras cosas que te cobran que no sabes ni de donde, asi que por experiencia propia no se acerquen ni adquieran un tiempo compartido , son solo problemas.

Exactamente hace 2 años yo cai en una promocion de este tipo.. se me hizo facil , le comente a mi esposo que seria una buena idea tener un tiempo compartido cerca de la playa y asi difrutar cuando pudieramos de los fines de semana junto al mar, esto lo compramos en cancun mexico , yo soy mexicana, mi esposo es de canada, el encantado acepto , el problema vino con el alto costo de las cuotas de mantenimiento desmesuradas, lo peor es que cuando nos opusimos a pagar nos salieron con que no estabamos cumpliendo el contrato y que podiamos ser demandados por el resort, un asco de trato , asi que jamas compren un tiempo compartido.
solo recuerden que lo barato sale caro, de lo que no se van a librar es de las cuotas de mantenimiento que incrementan cada año
