Very BAD experience actually we are living with ROYAL HOLIDAY,we bought a membership with them last year, the only thing that we really acquired are problems, the maintenance fees are so expensive compared to the cost that the sales people told us in the timeshare presentation, we dont want it anymore, we need help to cancel our membership.
You realize that you were scammed when the resort dont give you what you deserve, when you bought the membership exist many things that convince you to buy and many people dont know how to fight against this but the better way is to avoid timeshare presentations, dont get involved .
My family has 115000 tied up with them. spent over the last 15 yrs all on the beliefs that this was something that would appreciate in value. There salesmen told us that it was will able property in which we would grow equity. Today they told us they were worthless. never had any value so we are in the process of seeking legal action
i had experienced 2 situations that involve the timeshare scam , me in the middle, 1 year ago a couple of friends sold us a mexican timeshare, at first we think that was the deal of our lives to my husband and i , before that we start to receive calls for salepeople demanding us to pay high maintenance fees , thousands of dollars, for that mexican timeshare ! that was a crazy thing, so pls try to avoid all timeshare theme
