Taking advantage from honest people is not a job neither a life, I invite Villa Group to make business in a diferent country than Mexico, I hope its business will be stopped right away and many people would be in jail for the charge of unethical, fraudulent practices and misrepresentations.
My first word that i can tell about this resort is that are the WORST PEOPLE THAT I EVER MEET ON MY ENTIRE LIFE, they fraud me and al my friends too , is very sad that those people emjopy life scamming anothers, i dont know how this people still operate with no regrets. such a shame
These people do not deliver what they say, honestly i dont know how me and my family we fell into this scam, they never told that maintenance fees were so high, and we need each month to upgrade our membership to use the timeshare , i still do not understand what happened..
i found out that we had 5 days to back out of the contract and were never told that. After all that, I was sent a letter telling me my maintenance fee is being increased again for the 3rd time in 6 yrs. Our membership was paid in full. Other people are making payments... We just want out! They can keep the money!
Same lies...A class action is not possible, you would have to sue them in Mexico. Try Profeco, and don't take no for an answer. We were able to get our contract cancelled and $1, 000 of our $14, 000 back. So many have been ripped off it's amazing that the Mexican gov't allows these crooks to continue to operate.
They said we could come anytime to use our 'week'. But the contract actually lists only 7 months out of the year that we are allowed to use our "week". Ive never used my timeshare, and its been 3 years i purchased it! Please help me, i dont know what to do, if cancelling is the best option..
es impresionante como mienten estas personas, pero lo mas impresionante es que yo fui a una presentacion de tiempo compartido que duro poco mas de 3 horas y en todo ese tiempo no paraban de prometer maravillas.. si claro, como si todo lo que dicen fuese verdad.. tengan mucho cuidado, al final nada de lo que dicen cumplen!
It was all a SCAM. Paperwork was switched during our contract signing process. The fraud was not discovered until after we received our initial contract via snail mail. Since then, we’ve sent countless emails and made several phone calls to them. We have yet to receive a response. We did receive a few infantile emails from sales manager and we were shocked at his unprofessional, angry rantings.
Este resort es un completo asco , tuve muy malas experiencias con ellos, mi esposo y yo ilusionados compramos unos meses de tiempo compartidos, para que al final nos salieran que nunca estaban disponibles, nos molestamos muchisimo que tuvimos que viajar personalmente para hablar con la gerencia que jamas nos atendieron , por si fuera poco nos cobraron como silo hubieramos usado con servicios extra , evadan esto porfavor.
I want to cancel, they said that I cannot but when I was signing the contract they said, if I am not satisfied, I can cancel any time, another lie. They are taking my money to pay customers services, not for hotels. Please help me, i don't want to give them a single dollar, i'm tired of lies.
