    Nuestra experiencia con Royal Holiday ha sido negativa desde el inicio. Las cuotas son altas y lo que ofrecen a cambio no vale la pena. Las reservaciones son complicadas, con muchas restricciones ocultas que no mencionan cuando firmas el contrato.

    Cuando pedimos información sobre la cancelación, nos encontramos con trabas de todo tipo. Nos transfieren de un área a otra, prometen soluciones que nunca llegan y al final uno se siente estafado. Si alguien está pensando en entrar, le recomiendo que lo piense dos veces.

    Con Royal Holiday sentimos que caímos en un engaño. Durante la presentación de ventas todo parecía perfecto: destinos ilimitados, facilidades para reservar y atención preferente. Pero en la práctica nunca hay disponibilidad en los lugares que queremos y siempre ofrecen opciones que no pedimos.

    Al intentar cancelar, el proceso ha sido un tormento. Cada vez que hablamos con alguien, nos dan información distinta, y siempre buscan convencernos de seguir pagando en lugar de ayudarnos. Se siente como un abuso hacia los clientes.

    We’ve been members of Royal Holiday for two years, and it’s been nothing but headaches. At the sales presentation, they promised us easy booking, luxury stays, and “priority” access. The reality couldn’t be further from that. Getting a reservation at a desirable resort is nearly impossible, and when we do, the fees keep piling up.

    Now that we want to exit, we’re stuck. They won’t give straight answers, and instead, they keep pushing us to downgrade or “pause” the membership rather than let us cancel. It feels like they design everything to keep people trapped.

    Royal Holiday trapped us with promises that turned out to be misleading. We were told we’d have access to hundreds of resorts worldwide, but every time we tried to book, there was “no availability.” The only places offered were locations we didn’t want or during dates that didn’t work for us. It feels like bait-and-switch tactics.

    When we asked about canceling, the process became almost impossible. They gave us different instructions every time, bounced us from department to department, and always tried to talk us out of it. It’s draining and unfair to customers who only want honesty.

    Me arrepiento totalmente de haber confiado en Royal Holiday. En la presentación pintaron todo como si fuera la oportunidad de nuestra vida, pero desde que firmamos ha sido puro problema. Las cuotas suben cada año y cada intento de reservar es frustrante porque nunca hay disponibilidad.

    Lo peor es que salir del contrato parece imposible. Te ignoran, no contestan llamadas y los correos nunca tienen respuesta. Es un negocio abusivo que se aprovecha de la gente.

    Royal Holiday fue una de las peores decisiones que hemos tomado. Nos prometieron viajes flexibles y beneficios exclusivos, pero en realidad las fechas siempre están bloqueadas y los destinos interesantes nunca están disponibles. Los cargos extras aparecen de la nada y hacen que el costo sea mucho más alto de lo prometido.

    Cuando intentamos cancelar, nos encontramos con un sinfín de trabas. Nos pasaron de un departamento a otro y nunca recibimos respuestas claras. Claramente, el sistema está diseñado para atar al cliente, no para darle beneficios.

    I regret ever signing with Royal Holiday. The sales presentation made it sound like we’d have endless travel opportunities, but the truth is we’ve barely been able to use it. Most destinations are either blocked out or cost more points than we have, so we end up paying even more out of pocket.

    It’s clear they use pressure tactics to get people to sign quickly, and once you’re in, they make it nearly impossible to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this membership to anyone.

    Royal Holiday was one of the worst financial mistakes I’ve made. The membership fees keep climbing every year, yet when I try to use the program, there’s no availability in the places I actually want to go. They advertise flexibility, but in reality, the system is rigid and full of restrictions.

    Trying to get out of the contract has been a nightmare. They drag out the process, avoid phone calls, and give misleading information to keep you paying. It feels like they build the whole system to trap people.

    Me arrepiento totalmente de haber caído en Royal Holiday. En la presentación insistieron tanto que terminamos firmando, pero desde el inicio todo fue complicado. Los pagos anuales suben cada año y lo único que recibimos a cambio son limitaciones y excusas cuando intentamos reservar.

    Lo más frustrante es la falta de transparencia. Te dicen que tienes acceso a muchísimos hoteles, pero la realidad es otra. Las mejores opciones nunca están disponibles, y cuando preguntas, sólo te ofrecen destinos que nadie quiere. Fue un error del cual ahora estoy tratando de salir.

    Royal Holiday nos engañó con promesas falsas. Nos vendieron la idea de viajes ilimitados y flexibilidad, pero al momento de reservar no había disponibilidad en ningún destino atractivo. Además, los costos adicionales nunca fueron mencionados en la presentación inicial, lo cual se sintió como un engaño directo.

    Intentar cancelar la membresía ha sido otro dolor de cabeza. Ponen trabas, no responden correos y al teléfono sólo te pasan de un área a otra. Es un sistema diseñado para atrapar al cliente sin salida.
