No caigan en las redes de los tiempos compartidos, ni si quiera acepten ir gratis o a cambio de cortesias, pierdes casi 4 horas de tu vida y sales con una deuda de por vida.
Sunset talked me into a master suite which they said could be rented out or sold if I decide to not use it any longer. I have a 1+1 contract and need to pay a MF each year whether I use it or not. I was told to write a letter to the board and they would consider taking it back and reimburse me. I wrote letters to the board for three years with no acceptance from them to buy it back. As others have said, it's a scam at this point, unless they reimburse me.
Muy mal la estamos pasando co nuestro tiempo compartido con el grupo sunset, cabe mencionar que todo lo quenos prometieron durante la presentacion de tiempo compartido ha sido falso, por lo cual no queremos seguir involucrandonos con esas personas, hemos intentado de mil formas cancelar pero no lo hemos logrado.
sunset group is not a trustworthy company , we bought years ago a timeshare with them in cancun mexico , and we cannot use when we want, so that let me thinking if i really have a timeshare or not ? we pay for a membership and they dont let us use it , now we keep moving forward to the cancellation , its a rip of
Me uno a decir que susnset group son de los resorts mas fraudulentos que puede aver ahi afuera ! timaron a mis padres , haciendolos firmar por algo que no iban a recibir jamas, mis padres no pueden continuar pagando el tiempo compartido y no les quieren otorgar la cancelacion , han recibido hasta amenazas por parte del resort, que les pasa?! muy mal este resort, seguimos en la lucha por la cancelacion .
we were ripped off by the Sunset Group in Mexico at Christmas 2008. The biggest mistake of our lives.. We were verbally told so many lies and we checked the contract many times but you do not realize how they have badly worded the contract and because of all the high sales pressure you sign your money away and then can not stop it at all.

I got suckered into their sales pitch. I purchased a unit in Sunset. I had charged the purchase, and was able to dispute the charge and finally won - two years later - but better late than never. The sales people and customer service rep were the nastiest people I have ever dealt with. I would advise everyone to stay away from a presentation at this resort.
There is plenty of reason to disparage the industry. They will do anything to get your signature on the line. Try reading some of the prior threads and maybe you'll reconsider your opinion.
