Vidanta is a luxury destination club that offers the finest and most exclusive resorts in Mexico. But not everything is good.

Vidanta Timeshare, in any of its destinations, creates “perfect” atmospheres to lure prospects into unnecessary timeshare purchases and into becoming Vidanta Timeshare scam victims.

These luxury clubs have the facility to convert a timeshare into an attractive Vidanta membership. So the question here is: Why are Vidanta membership costs hidden? Or, better said, why are Vidanta Timeshare costs not definitive?

These questions can be easily answered by just taking a look on the web and typing: Vidanta timeshare reviews.

Many owners here take the opportunity to express their Vidanta reviews, if not in all forums about Vidanta timeshare.

These people talk about how they got scammed over and over again, not only from one specific resort, but from different exclusive resorts belonging to Vidanta dispersed throughout the most touristic cities in Mexico.

Vidanta Timeshare – The Company

As we mentioned before, Vidanta Vacations (Vida Vacations) has timeshare resorts in Vidanta Cancun, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Mazatlan, Los Cabos and Puerto Peñasco.

Its legal name is Comercializadora y Servicio de Turismo S.A. de C.C.; Desarrollo Marina Vallarta S.A.

Vidanta Vacation Club also works with resort collections like Summit Opportunities, LLC, Houston and TX. And with timeshare rental companiessuch Global Golf Connections, Continental Connections, Global Marketing Systems, Alliance Integrated Marketing Systems (AIMS), My Vacation Brokers, Imperial Property Management, Destinations International, and Embassy Vacation Pro.

Once a Vidanta owner can’t keep up with the payments of their Vidanta timeshare, they are sent to any of the collections mentioned in order to keep receiving an amount of money, which will make your inner peace disappear and may also make you start asking yourself “how do I sell my vidanta timeshare?”.

And sometimes, magically, a call from a Vidanta timeshare resale company reaches you, offering an attractive proposal that will “help you”, but it will be nothing but one more Vidanta scam.

Below is a clear example of how these fraudulent companies operate:

How a timeshare resale scam works

Vidanta Timeshare Buy Back

It is very common to think that it is possible to resell, rent or even that Vidanta will buy back your timeshare from Vidanta, yet the Vidanta cancellation policy department will convince you that renting or selling vidanta timeshare are the only and best options, and will also “accommodate changes” if necessary, but that canceling your Vidanta timeshare is not a viable option, and of course how is that going to happen if Vidanta scams are associated with these fraudulent Vidanta resale companies

Vidanta timeshare buy back is one of the first promises made by the person in charge of selling you a Vidanta membership, but reviews of Vidanta timeshare overburden the web with scam complaints, of which the most common one is from owners who fell for the lie of “Vidanta timeshare buyback”.

Vidanta sales department is an expert when it comes to situating a Vidanta timeshare for sale, which means Vidanta timeshare will promise anything in order to carry out their sale.

As soon as you Google up “Vidanta timeshare scam,” you’ll find a wide range of sites that warn about this fraudulent operation, just as shown beneath.

Vidanta Timeshare - Complaints and Reviews

As mentioned before, there exist a wide amount of forums that talk about Vidanta reviews and Vidanta timeshare reviews, which means that they are not only referring to Vidanta’s customer service, which, to be honest its customer service is pretty good, as long as a Vidanta owner doesn’t request ia Vidanta timeshare cancellation.

Once an owner requests a Vidanta timeshare cancellation, the sales department becomes deaf, and its only response is to lead the owner from one department to another, making everything more tedious.

Vidanta owners forums have emphasized in Vidanta timeshare reviews that the only thing Vidanta vacations will do is convince you to acquire a better membership that will supposedly benefit you, and you will never be willing to cancel the timeshare membership.

The following is a list of the most common complaints and reviews about Vidanta Timeshare:

  1. You are basically kidnapped at the airport to go to a timeshare presentation, in which they will allure you with the magnificent Vidanta member services they possess.
  2. The timeshare salespeople tell you that the presentation will be just to see the property and familiarize you with the resort, but that is a lie. It is a full-on timeshare presentation, and you can be there for 2 hours.
  3. They tell you that at any time you can walk away from your financing because it was done in Mexico, and it does not affect your credit report.
  4. When you have already signed with them, and finally take the time to read your contract, you realize that most of the promises they made at the timeshare presentations are not in the timeshare agreement.
  5. When you finally get to contact the company by telephone and try to cancel the timeshare contract within the 5 days given to rescind the contract, you do it, but with no success.
  6. A Vidanta timeshare salesperson tells you that if you have a timeshare, Vidanta will let you rent your timeshare anytime you want, but this is a lie.
  7. Vidanta sales representatives also offer a trade-In, persuading the buyer to believe that the resort is going to take their other timeshare and sell it for them, and even deducting the cost of their new timeshare with Vidanta, but at the end, you end up owning two timeshares.
  8. Timeshare salespeople don’t tell purchasers that they have five days to cancel the timeshare contract.
  9. Timeshare maintenance fees are too high and increase every year, when supposedly the Vidanta membership cost is flat, or at least that’s what they mention in their sales pitch.
  10. They sell their timeshare as an investment, but a timeshare is never a good investment.

Since many years ago until nowadays, there have been warnings on the web about what these companies lie about, and how they convince consumers about not being able to ever get out their timeshare contract, a total lie. Doing a good research can help a lot.

There are many ways to browse to find this type of information, just as shown ahead:

You might wonder if it’s important to make Vidanta complaints, and well, after knowing that there exist a lot of Vidanta timeshare reviews forums that are very specific on their experiences with this company, we can conclude that Vidanta reviews are important.

In reliable forums, you can find Vidanta timeshare reviews regarding maintenance fees, sales presentations, upgrading membership, salespeople, and resale or rental timeshare companies, which all turn out to be  total scams

If this misfortune ever happens in your life or if it has already happened, one of the most powerful resources you have at your fingertips is expressing your thoughts, opinions, or experiences with the fraudulent company in a review forum.

Below is a clear example of how some events really occurred during a consumer's timeshare ownership. This type of review will help many people open their eyes and speak up.

How to complaints?

Vidanta Timeshare – How to Get Out?

If you got into a timeshare in any resort of Vidanta Vacations, there are few options that you can consider, like timeshare resale, timeshare rental, timeshare donation or timeshare transfer, Vidanta Lawsuit.

But, without doubt, the timeshare cancellation is the best solution to get out of your timeshare contract.

If you properly cancel your timeshare agreement with whichever of the Vidanta Timeshare resorts you choose, you will not have more strings attached to them.

Vidanta timeshare cancellation is not an easy process. It requires lots of time and negotiations with the timeshare resort.

Don’t buy into a timeshare at Vidanta. Horrible experience we are trying to cancel our contract and all we are getting is problems trying to do it. They are being very unhelpful, they avoid talking to you and don’t stand by what the promised you at closing. Let’s talk about how my salesperson was going to set up my weeks on VRBO for income but when I got home he avoided my calls and emails. Don’t do it, you will be there all day and if it sounds to good to be true it’s not worth it . They make the rules work for them and the Mexican government won’t help you.

Hello, I'm interested in cancelling my vidanta timeshare. Can someone tell me what is the average cost to cancel a timeshare? So that, I could see if I'm capable to afford it right now.

Can a timeshare contract be cancelled? I'm sick of it. The resort I bought my timeshare with is not giving me any solutions.

We also got kidnapped and 60 min presentation turned into a 4 hour escape plan. Before we could actually leave we had to go to through 4 different people even though I said even if free I will not make any decisions today. Started off 24,500 with a bunch a crap by the 4th person all they wanted from us was 2800 lol no thanks. Lies and more lies. Other people coming out at same time saying same thing kidnapped at Jurassic park hard to find your way out. I honestly thought we where never going to make it out. 4 hours of my life I will never get back.

In December I was convence to go to Vidanta vta I was very cleared I wasn't buying anything and even after I said no time after time they keep getting rude to me for not buying and I ask fir the United airlines they promised to give me if I stayed through the whole time they did gave me a brochure but it's fake... I call the number and no answer I had a feeling that it was all lies I'm glad I didn't buy but I'm also very smart with my money if I don't need something I don't buy it. And if I can afford a plane ticket and a cheap hotel well that's all I do.
