I bought into a sunset timeshare on sat june 26 ,,,, had a bad feeling about the whole thing so i went back the next day and returned the info package and signed a recinding document. they still have my $5000. deposit and said it will be returned to me within 15 days. have I done everything i need to do ,,,,very concerned,,please reply

Hola, yo acabo de vivir una experiencia de TC, aunque en el Sunset lo manejan como "Membresia", que es la misma gata pero revolcada, el tema es que por asistir nos dieron dos lindas toallas, una bolsa de playa, y descuentos que hicimos válidos por 1450 pesos (podía ser mas pero no nos alcanzó el tiempo), y después de 90 minutos de blabla, en donde yo ponía atención y mi novio escuchaba la brisa del mar, dijimos ¡no gracias!, y salimos contentos con nuestros regalos :)
Sunset sold me a timeshare, promising me that they would rent it out as this was to be a business opportunity. They never once rented it. I tried to get out of the deal a few years ago. They tried to ruin my credit history. I negotiated with them through the Profeco, but they arrogantly did not pay the Profeco or me. Now I am in Mexican courts trying to get this issue resolved. Someone needs to go after these dishonest people! They leave everyone with a bad taste for Mexico.
