Tengo con Grey Bay Beach Hotel una villa que compre ya esta paga solo pago el mantenimiento que cada año es mas caro, el problema es que desde el 2008 que se compro y ya esta salda solo he podido huzarla dos veces y ahora subieron el mantenimiento a $691.00 dollares tengo hasta febrero pero esta timeshare brega con RCI points el año pasado no pude huzarla porque segun RCI tenia los puntos congelados y Grey Bay Beach dice que ellos no bregan con puntos cuando el Huracan Irma y Maria en el 20017 en San Martin el Hotel desparecio pero aun asi me cobraron el mantenimiento el cual se envio pero no pude utilisar las facilidades porque vuelvo y repito RCI sigue insistiendo que mis puntos esran congelado no quisiera seguir pagando un mantenimiento tan caro sin ningun beneficio que puedo hacer. muchas gracias

Nunca hemos entendido porque no hay disponibilidad en el resort, siempre nos salen con que son fechas muy concurridas y tenemos que agendar con muchisimo tiempo de anticipación, entonces para que es la membresia si no van a poder darnos alojamiento cuando queramos? esto del tiempo compartido es un fraude y necesitamos cancelar el contrato de urgencia

In our case timeshare never were available for us, they ask for an "upgrade" of our membership to use it in full terms,,the only thing that the resort really want is to stole more money from us and is not fair, for own experience we learned that a timeshare is not a good deal, is not even a good investment at all..
En nuestra experiencia , puedo decir que la disponibilidad del resort es NULA, osea no podemos usar nuestra membresia porque nunca tienen disponibles fechas que requerimos , queremos la cancelacion inmediata y ni siquiera eso nos pueden ayudar! es todo una estafa , estoy hablando de Mayan Palace, me imagino que todos los resorts han de estar por la misma situacion
Hola que tal , yo he sido victima de esto que mencionan en el articulo , supuestamente la membresia que compramos con Pueblo Bonito nos daria la posibilidad de agendar hasta 5 veces por año cuando quisieramos, a los 2 meses quisimos usarlo y nos dijeron que no , despues al proximo mes y tampoco , ahorita estamos ya hartos que estamos pagando algo y el resort no se hace responsable , nos otora fechas que son imposibles para nosotros agendar! fue un robo de su parte.
