Muy arrepentidos de haber adquirido membresia con el resort, han pasado cerca de los 3 años y aun no recibimos respuesta por parte del resort, sin embargo nos siguen descontando desde la tarjeta cada mes.

Creo que a estas alturas del partido es imposible, el resort te pide mil peros para poder hacerlo y en ese tiempo siguen cobrando mensualidades directo a tu tarjeta..
Nosotros lo hemos intentado y no lo hemos conseguido, ya con 1 agencia y 2 abogados y nada, no sabemos mas que hacer necesitamos ayuda urgentemente para cancelar esa membresia.

Hola seguí todos los pasos de cancelación de mi contrato antes de los 5 días pero me ponen muchos peros incluso que me vana a hacer llamar de los abogados yo mande la carta de cancelación a tiempo y también llame para que les envíen un mensaje de cancelación necesito ayuda a cómo lidiar con ellos para la cancelación con la devolución del monto de enganche.
