You should receive a full copy of all the documentation at the time of purchase, including the contract, any addenda and the notes that the timeshare salesperson wrote to explain the timeshare terms.

Our timeshare is paid for and our one and only trip to stay was in Oct. 2011. We found the condo in good condition but the surrounding landscape and areas were in very bad condition. The pool that was just outside our patio now belonged to another resort across the yard and we were not allowed to use it.
