"...Please, sign this waiver rescinding your right to cancel your timeshare within the 5-day rescission period, as we are activating your timeshare today."

    Ese punto critico en donde te presionan de tal forma que terminas aceptando, a pesar de que duro como 3 horas la presentación terminamos comprando una membresía, lo peor de todo son las cuotas de mantenimiento que ahora en dia no podemos seguir pagando.

    annoying situation , the timeshare presentation at Pueblo Bonito its a nightmare, 3 hours of the same pitch by the salesman its like a torture! dont get caught just say no to their promotions , dont give anny penny !

    creo que por lo general siempre usan la misma estrategia , lo digo porque tmb a unos conocidos mios fueron victimas de otro resort , lo peor de todo es quedarse hasta el final de la presentacion , les aconsejo que si no quieren involucrarse y tener una deuda muy grande en un futuro no se acerquen a una presentacion de tiempo compartido porfavor.

    Yo fui estafada totalmente por un resort en mazatlan , la vd es que hasta ahora en dia comprendo la gravedad de las cosas, me deje llevar y acepte firmar el contrato el cual validaba que compraba unas semanas con el resort, lo mas triste es que jamas pude usarlo , necesita ayuda para librarme de esas ratas !

    to acquire a timeshare is the worst invesment that someone can ever do , theres no guarantees about timeshare , actually in many resorts exist a lot of complaints , and in most of the cases timeshares are never available when the clients want to use it , is such a problem with all the people that are scammed with those types of persons, just stay away

    When i bought years ago a timeshare , me like another tourists , the only thing that we really want is to invest in something that we can really enjoy , but believe me , timeshares is not the solution, and could be the worst invesment that you can ever do , all the stuff that the timeshare salespeople told you are lies.

    in first place dont even get near of one of those " timeshare presentations" are a total scam, those sale pople the only thing that they ghad in mind is to stle your money no matter what , so the if you aceppt for education dont believe in nothing that they told to you because evrything is a big big lie, so pls avoid this

    In first place, a timeshare is not a good investment , so if you actually had one you should sell it, timeshares companies are the top scam on vacational business, my son bought one some years ago and actually he is on the cancellation process, a lot of complaints bring to him , a lot of problems start to emerge when he stop to pay the high maintenance fees, so think about it before take any decision.

    The first lie is when the sales persons told to us that they will gave some free gifts, like breakfast or free rides to a very near place..they only wnat to hook you up to the timeshare prestentations to sell you s ome weeks, some friends were scammed by those kind of people on mazatlan, mexico , ve careful with this timeshare stuff please
