- Salespeople claim that the all-inclusive fee is per night, when in reality it is per person per night
- Promise to rent out their timeshare weeks as a financial investment and to pay off the membership. In reality, clients are referred to a third party agency that charges a listing fee and does not complete the rental.
- Claims that Club Real was better than all timeshares and they are completely different because the salesperson can sell your weeks to other members and potential members who they have lined up ready to buy them.

Por favor me podrian responder si yo vivo en mexico pueden cancelar mi membresia nos urge porque nos estan diciendo que perderemos nuestra inversion si no pagamos para otro contrato y yo no le veo caso seguir por favor ayudenos o invienme un mail donde me digan que no atienden a personas en mexico espero su respuesta
Bueno, que puedo decir, despues de leer todos los comentarios... en realidad me he dado cuenta que esto es uno de los descaros mas grandes que hay, como bien se han dado cuenta, uno paga miles por la membresia , dicho sea de paso con mucho sacrificio ... Además tienes que pagar anualmente los taxes y de nada te sirve, ya que una persona que no tiene membresia en tarifas especiales paga lo mismo que nosotros que nos pasamos el año entero pagaron mas de 300 dolares mensuales mas los taxes, todo esto por solo una semana .. que tiene que ser escogida con una pila de meses de antelacion, ...
si te pones a calcular por esa semana estas pagando 4300 dolares, ya que esta suma de dinero es todo lo que paga por un año entero, clarisimo que no vale la pena.
en dicha semana no esta incluido nada, ni comida no gasolina ni nada, la verdad que esto es un robo con papeles " legales" es peor que el que roba en los bancos y estan sueltos y siguen vendiendo como si nada....
hasta el dia de hoy no me he encontrado con una sola persona que este contenta con su time share.... deberia haber una institucion que nos defienda por tanta mentira y cosas que dejan de explicar cuando nos venden y nos embarcan con palabras lindas, pobres de los que se ganan la vida estafando a otros, igual es dinero mal habido,
Yo estaria dispuesta a que se quedaran con todo lo que pagado, aunque nunca he usado mi tiempo de vacaciones, con tal de quitarmelos de encima, no es justo tanto descaro> y aún así no se puede hacer nada, por qué debemos de cargar con esta mentira de por vida?
mi esposo y yo compramos en plan vacacional en Real Club y nos dimos cuenta que es un verdadero fraude, por lo que les escribí para cancelar pero no tuvimos exito. Por favor queremos que nos ayuden a recuperar el enganche que dimos.
My husband and I purchased a timeshare with CLub Real Resorts in Playa del Carmen. At the time we stated we did not wish to purchase and were very clear that because of work commitments and our living in the UK it was not practical for us to use the timeshare ourselves. We were told that the timeshare would be a good investment and were given their contact who would rent out the timeshare on our behalf and we would receive rental income which would be an excellent return on our investment. There was never any question that the timeshare would not rent out and we were put in touch with a contact in the USA, who asked us for a payment of $700(which we paid) and told us to "sit back and wait for the cheques to come in". Our purchase price was $18000,00 . Since then we have received nothing at all by way of rental and when we have tried to contact the letting agency we don't make any progress. I can't even find the property on the website. We did look into take a holiday again in Mexico but with the all inclusive rates and the flights from Uk the cost of the holiday for a family is more than we wish to pay. This was made clear to the salesman and his supervisor at the time.

hola , como puedo saber si ,lo que compramos para obtener tarifas mas bajas en vacaciones y estancia de condominios es real y fructible para nosotros y nuestra familia y sobre todo para vacacionar con esta membresia

I TRADE 2 TIMESHARES RAINTREE REGINA CLUB & WESTIN KIERKLAND ONLY GOT 200 WEEKS ALL INCLUVE- SILVER- AFTER I FOUND OUT WORTHLESS.
I MUST PAY A LOT PER NIGHT FEE ...,EITHER I CALL FOR 3 NIGHT STAY ON OCT 25,2011 FREE CERTIFICATED,THEY SAID I CANNOT GET THIS TIME AND IT WILL BE EXPIRE THIS YEAR.
VALUE TRADE WORLD ,VWT DO PAPER FOR MY 2 TIMESSHARES,VTW TOLD MR MURRAY I PAY ONLY $350.00 FOR EACH WESTIN AND MURRAY ADMIT HE WAS TOLD BY VTW ,HE SENT EMAIL TO ME...
AFTER GOT $700.00 FEE VTW ASK MORE FEE $1350.00 FOR ORTHER FEE ,I READ MANY STORIES COMPLAINT FROM PEOPLE BUY TIMSHARES MAYAN PALACE,ROYAL HOLIDAY... COMPANY LIKE VTW ,THEY TRY TO GET MONEY AND DO NOTHING .
I STOP TO PAY THEM AND WANT TO CANCELL REAL CLUB .LORENA LEGAL FOR REAL CLUB SAID I CAN WITHOUT REFUND MONEY I PAID THEM AND NOT ANSWER HOW TO DO WITH VTW .VTW THREAT ME AND TELL ME DO ALL TRANSFER AFTER TOOK MONEY AND DO NOTHING .VTW CLAIM THEY PAID 2 TIMESSHRES $32.000.
I AM NOT TRUST ANY WORDS FROM VTW .

Hola, tengo una membresia en Real Club Resort, que aun no termino de pagar pero y ano tengo la intencion de seguir invirtiendo dinero en algo que no vale la pena. No hemos visto ningun beneficio y coincido con los comentarios que hacen acerca de este resort.
I was scammed by Real Resorts. They got us drunk and lied about being able to sell weeks from a lot of money without any aa=ssociated feesl Costed 30,000. paid around 15,000.
