REAL CLUB Timeshare COMPLAINTS

TODAS LAS QUEJAS YO LAS COMPARTO PORQUE FUI OBJETO DE LO MISMO.NO DAN LOS BENEFICIOS QUE DICEN DE UN MINIMO DEL 30% DE DESCUENTO A SOCIOS CON RESPECTO A LA TARIFA AL PUBLICO. NO PUEDO RENTAR NI VENDER LA MEMBRESIA, LA OFICINA DE USA NO EXISTE.ALGUNAS SEMANAS RESTRINGIDAS A SOCIOS SI LAS PUEDE UNO OBTENER DIRECTO CON EL HOTEL O CON AGENCIAS. EL PRECIO QUE DAN A SOCIOS ES MAS CARO QUE OTROS HOTELES DE LA MISMA CATEGORIA Y MUCHAS COSAS MAS.
QUISIERA QUE MI QUEJA LLEGARA AL SR FDO GARCIA ZALVIDEA O QUIEN ESTE EN SU NOMBRE YA QUE CREO QUE ES LA MAXIMA AUTORIDAD DE LO QUE EN UN PRINCIPIO FUE UNA BUENA IDEA, PERO QUE SE VOLVIERON MALOS CON VENDEDORES SIN ETICA SOLO VIENDO EL INTERES MONETARIO. DEJE MI CORREO PARA CUALQUIER ACLARACION

Bueno como era de esperarse , este resort si es un fraude, hace menos del año que adquirir una membresia premium , ( lo tuve que hacer para usar todos los servicios) hize el "upgrade" y que creen ? me salieron que tenia que pagar unas cuotas de mantenimiento x adelantado que eran politicas de la empresa, lo peor es que segun esto todo eso decia el contrato y lo firme sin leer, tengan mucho cuidado , no los recomiendo en lo absoluto.

This resort is total scam , total fraud ! Last month i went to a timeshare presentation , once there, they started to offer me some "promotions" and told me that could be the best investment on my whole life , etc etc, and yes, i felt , and i signed , but now i want to get out because they demmand me to pay a HUGE quantity to upgrade my member ship , but i dont want it anymore! i cant afford it !

Hola soy de chile y en mis vacaciones del año pasado estos vendedores me envaucaron con promesas falsas para adquirir una membresia platinium la cual era de 120 semanas de vacaciones donde puedo intercambiar con otros centros vacacionales alrededor del mundo esto lo sabian porque empesaron preguntandome si yo pensaba en viajar a otros paises y cuanto estimaba gastar en estas vacaciones me dijeron que pagaria 144 dolares por concepto de intercambio por la semana mas disponer con una de las semanas que compre lo encontre un buen negocio como yo pensaba en viajar pero nada de esto es real primero los intercambios funcionan con puntos y no por semanas segundo nunca dijeron que los valores del todo incluido era por persona. tercero para hacer un intercabio necesito puntos y no semanas y si yo quisiera recervar esto deberia ser con 180 dias de anticipacion de todos los beneficios que ofrecieron ninguno es real ejemplo ellos buscarian los vuelos a precio de mayoreo jamas a sido asi.quiero mi dinero de vuelta que son 10.000 dolares mas el enganche 2745 dolares desde chile es poco lo que puedo hacer llamo y me dejan esperando y los correos enviados pidiendo mi dinero no los responden

Deseo asesoría para cancelar la membresia y poder recuperar mi inversión

first this people was very kind, when we made all the negotiation procees , after that , we dont saw anymore the person who sell our timeshare, the first time that we want to use it they told us that the timeshare is busy ,so we cant use it when we want ! its like a joke , actually we are searching the cancellation..what a mess..

Remember to only buy a timeshare if you love the facility and plan to vacation there. From what I've heard, changing for other resorts is a nightmare. I will NEVER go to a timeshare presentation again, no matter what the reward. I have been to a dozen of them, and it's not worth the hassle

They are disgusting people, i dont know how they can continue operating without no one to avoid this type of fraud, my husband and I were victims of these people which sold a timeshare we could ever use, signed a contract which now are paying big quantity of bucks !!

Queremos cancelar y nos pones muchas trabas, amenazan con enviarnos al buró de crédito, nos invitaron a platicarlo en la Cd. de México y tenemos que pagar la mensualidad para poder exponer nuestro caso, acabamos de salir del WTC y que concertemos otra cita, prácticamente nos "batearon".

were fakely friendly and then aggressive, practically put the pen in our hands. We signed naively. Turns out that the fees and charges and costs are much more than they promised. Then they offered a cheaper package, for less weeks, but it would end costing more than buying through any travel agency. They did not let us read the contract when we signed, saying that they explained everything before. What a bunch of liars.
