OCEAN CORAL & TURQUESA H10 Timeshare COMPLAINTS

We feel taken advantaged of from this resort. I dont know where or who to go to for help.

I desperately need help to get out of it, can MTS help?

my husband & I bought the H10 time share while we were vacationing at ocean turquesa. it sounded like we bought a great time share deal. we didn't think anything of it until we tried to book our vacation for this year. to make this miserable purchase short - we were scammed. if we are to book the upgraded service through the hotel directly we save about $500-800+. For 2 adults and 2 kids. through their web site we would be paying $2900-3500 depending on room & it's "privelage" as well. I am trying to get over how stupid I was throughout the presentation . I've never fell for anytime share sales in the past but here I am $7800 less in our pockets for a bunch of lies. so sad that I was so ignorant. these sales people are well trained to lie. you win this time but I will NEVER - NEVER buy another time share ever!!

They should focus on providing all the advantages the membership has to offer, without lies and straight information that way they will get to keep more happy members

when you email them if you get a response its a response that doesnt answer any of your questions.

I went to a timeshare presentation they treated me like garbage they said that i couldn't afford to buy their timeshare what kind of sales pitch is that??

I believe in this resort must be more scammers then honest people doing the right thing.

I just haven´t been able to rent or sell my all inclusive weeks it´s been 5 years now and now i just don't have enough to pay for it I would like to know a way out thanks
