PALACE RESORTS Timeshare COMPLAINTS

This is a large resort, but you can’t find transportation to the furthest buildings, it's disappointing. I was pushed to sit in on a 90 minute meeting and after denying any interest, I was promised I could book 2 rooms with a voucher, so I agreed. When I got home and read the T&C turns out it only works for booking one room and we are a family of 4. Big disappointment

Buenas tardes adquirí una membresia con moon palace en Diciembre de 2019 ya llevo un año pagando la mensualidad pero por temas de la pandemia covid 19 me quede sin empleo y no tengo capacidad económica para responder por a deuda, estoy tratando de cancelar la membresia y me dicen que no es posible, la unica solucion es pagar un dinero adicional para aplazar el pago, me pueden asesorar por favor que debo hacer.

Deseo cancelar la Membresía que adquirí con el Moon Palace, fue realizada el 4 de Marzo, leí mucho y es una estafa, ya pague 2210 dólares

I bought into Palace Resorts time share back in 2007. I was not able to pay the full membership contract, so I stop paying as I was not able to use it due to the high preferential rates. After paying close to $16,000 in membership fees it was definitely not worth it. Your buying into a membership package but to go, you need to pay for the week in advance onto of the monthly membership fees. It was about 6 months to almost a year when Palace Resort called me asking to pay or they will send me to legal. I told them I cannot afford and wanted to keep the weeks I paid for. They were able to eliminate the rest of the contract amount I owed and gave me the weeks that I paid for with the $16K. Now, I have a timeshare that I have not been able to use, again due to high rates. How can I resell or have them buy back the full membership? Please advise. Thank you

Buenas tardes, fui víctima de fraude con una membresía adquirida en moon palace ubicado en Cancun, tal membresía se pagó durante 2 años y al querer utilizarla fue una estafa con el cobro del todo incluido, nunca se utilizó y requiero me devuelvan mi dinero ya que nunca utilice estos servicios

Buenas tardes, en septiembre de este año adquirí la membresía en beach palace, me gustaría cancelarla pero me comentan que no puedo y tengo que seguir pagando, que puedo hacer cancelar, gracias.

Estamos pasando por un mal momento con estas personas de beach palace, ha pasado casi un año desde que iniciamos el proceso de cancelacion de la membresia lo cual parece no importarle a estas personas, no responden nuestras llamadas y estamos obligados a seguir pagando, que podemos hacer ?

Compré derecho de afiliación a Palace Elite hace un año y quiero cancelar,cómo se procede?
