Deseo una consulta para cancelar un tiempo compartido, me dijeron que con la renta de este yo podria ir pagando las mensualidades y no es asi , la renta no es segura y si acaso se renta solo alcanza a cubrir si mucho el mantenimiento,obviamente contaba con ese dinero p el pago de la mensualidad y ahora no se como las voy a cubrir.
No quiero saber en mi vida otraves sobre este resort, aun no entiendo como es posible que haya caido en las trampas de las personas que me vendieron el tiempo compartido , quiero mi dinero de vuelta , no es justo que jueguen asi sin especificar que es lo que EN VERDAD obtendras
We were told when we turned 65 we could take a week from the other end and thus reduce the length of "ownership." When we turned 65 we were told "No, that only applies if you buy another week when you are 65." But I kept hearing the salespeople talking this up as a selling point. Looking to get out of this!!
Muy mala inversion la que hize con estas personas.. pense que seria una buena idea tener un lugar al cual poder relajarme unos dias de vez en cuando pero no fue asi , las cuotas de mantenimiento una vez que compraste y firmaste el contrato suben por los cielos, es carisimo y lo peor es que ocupas de una membresia " especial" para poder usar las semanas, osea no te sirve la que compras principalmente tienes que hacer un "upgrade" no se paren en este resort.
Hola a todos , yo tmb tuve muy mala experiencia en todo esto de los tiempos compartidos, y fue con este resort, pareciera que cuando te venden haras la mejor inversion de tu vida , la realidad es que es todo lo contrario , perdi mucho dincero con estas personas , me arrepiento muchisimo.

THEY WERE OFFERING ME THE WORLD BUT MY GUT TOLD ME NOT TO MAKE A DEAL. THE SALES PERSON WAS A BALD GUY THAT WAS GREEK. AFTER READING ALL THE COMMENTS I COME TO FIND OUT THEY WERE ALL LIES. iTS UNFORTUNATE BUT AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE THEY WANT YOU TO ATTEND A PRESENTATION BY OFFERING YOU A GIFT. Me vendieron el tiempo sin siquiera haber leído el contrato, que al final no entiendes todos los términos que ahí se manejan al siguiente dia lo quise cancelar y me dijo el vendedor que era imposible, ahora me doy cuenta que por norma lo puedo cancelar dentro de los siguientes 5 días posteriores a la compra y que esta información debe estar contenida en el contrato, pero o sorpresa no se encuentra en ninguna clausula del mismo, y lo peor pago 37000por 2 semanas al año las mismas que perdi porque para mi un año es de agosto 2014 que compre a agosto 2015, pero otra vez sorpresa el año termino en diciembre 2014 y yo perdi mis 37000 y lo peor no habrá quien regule este tipo de contratos para que cumplan con las normas mexicanas de scfi, pobre país. Gracias al menos me permitieron deshagoar mi frustración de saber que vivo en el país mas corrupto del planeta.
Si pudiera regresar el tiempo , desearia jamas haberme parado en ese hotel , fui a una de sus presentaciones de tiempo compartido solo por compromiso , perdi 3 horas de mi vida bajo una alta tension y presionado por un grupo de vendedores, que despues d unos tragos accedi a comprar unas semanas, lose fui muy tonto en caer en eso de los tragos, ahora imaginense de que no seran capaces por convencerte.
