Royal Elite Vacation Club complaints:
- Salesperson claims that the all-inclusive fee is per couple, but in reality it is per person per night. Clients can often book the vacation cheaper online without using their timeshare, than with booking their timeshare and paying the maintenance fees and all-inclusive fees.
- Claim that they can resell a previously owned timeshare for a profit and use that money to pay for the new membership at Royal Elite Vacation Club.
- Salesperson offers extra weeks to clients for rental purposes. They claim that the rental income makes the timeshare a good financial investment, and they can use the money in the first few years to pay off the membership.
- Salesperson claims that they can trade their weeks to RCI points, and use the points to pay for 100% of an airline ticket, when in reality RCI only allows for clients to use points for 33% of the cost of the ticket.

He sido embaucado por Royal Elite, me ofrecieron rentar mis semanas y no lo han hecho, ya llevo asi 5 años!

Diran que todo sera perfecto, que las semanas casi casi se pueden pagar por si mismas, pero despues vienen los gastos de mantenimiento que resultan ser excesivos!!!!!!!
Please, do not fall victim again of this resorts. You have an opportunity to cancel and recover your monies in most cases.
Por razones económicas y poca adquisición de moneda extranjera en nuestro país(argentina)..dimos baja a nuestro contrato vía mail a los 6(seis) días hábiles a la firma, teniendo en cuenta dos días de viaje por nuestro regreso...jamas recibimos una contestación de la gente de finanzas ni de atención al cliente del Sandos...que se debe hacer?...Gracias.
We have been members since 2010. It is true, the all inclusive rate especially for high season is high and is per person. However when I compare and I do it all the time, it works out like a 2 for 1 which is still cheaper than booking online. We have really had no problems so far with them, love the Playacar resort and they always get back to us tout suite. I owned another timeshare and it was an absolute nightmare.

Acepte una invitación para una presentación y además de quitarme mi valioso tiempo, literalemente me robaron, mil pesos que me pidieron de deposito para que pensara en su oferta de compra de tiempo compartido y que si no me lo regresaban en ese momento. Pero no te lo regresan es un vil robo, que pena que valgan tan poco!
