Royal Holiday doesn’t have the best reputation within the timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Royal Holiday feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented.
One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Royal Holiday’s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract, however the contract clearly states that any verbal promise made by the sales associated are invalid unless those promises are establish within the contract.
Royal Holiday promise one of the best customer service for their members, this only happens if the current member is calling to make a payment and if you have any questions or concerns about your membership the associated is more likely to tell you they will send you all the information over email, well sit thigh because this email will never arrived, The most common answer to any unhappy member at Royal Holiday is to Upgrade your membership no matter what is that you are unhappy about and you end up paying more for a membership you weren’t happy to begin with.
Booking with Royal Holiday is another issue, at the sales’ pitch, they promise you can travel anywhere at any time you want. This is very untrue, it all depend what points you buy and unfortunate they will always sell you the small point package so at the time you realize you need more points, you will need to upgrade and pay even more money to them.
Most Royal Holiday’s Sales are done outdoors or other locations that aren’t Royal Holiday’s Sales office, as a “courtesy” from them, they will let you purchase and sign their contract at the spot, “hey! You wouldn’t miss the opportunity of a lifetime, right?” So by this the sales associated will briefly explain you the contract as their convenient, probably letting out important information to you. Some sales associated opt for sending all the documents to your home, mean while you enjoy of your holidays or vacations, by the time you get home and read careful the contract you realize your purchase is not what you though It was and even worse realize your recession period is over.
Royal Holiday sales associate tells you are doing a great investment in real estate, another huge lie, timeshare is not nor an investment or real estate, you are leasing a hotel room for a period of time once a year, and therefore you do not own the hotel. It is not an investment because there is not market for resale or renting out your unit therefore no profit.

Q pasa si simplemente cancelo mis tarjetas y ya no pueden cobrar?
Solicite la cancelación del contrato al tercer día de semifirmar y no aceptan la cancelación.
En 2013 adquirí una membresía y desde entonces la hemos estado pagando, ahora que quiero reservar resulta que de todo lo que prometieron nada es cierto, estoy muy decepcionada, quiero cancelar la membresía y si es posible que me devuelvan mi dinero, son un fraude, alguien a podido salir de Royal-Holiday?
Hola gracias a esta página me di cuenta que royal era un fraude dentro de mis 5 días envié la carta y nunca me enviaron confirmación investigue en profeco y me indicaron que enviará la carta por correos de México y con el comprobante de envío acudiera con ellos para levantar la queja , es importante que la queja de profeco este dentro de los 5 días del periodo de resicion el vendedor de royal me hablo y me dijo que tenía Cancer y que no cancelara, después me hablo el gerente y también segun tenía Cancer como le indique que de igual modo iba a cancelar me amenazaron que tenían una carta donde yo había renunciado a ese derecho y que no podía hacerlo, les comenté que tenía copia de esa carta que ellos por descuido me dieron y que ya la había entregado a profeco me recibieron mi cancelación ahora estoy esperando mi reembolso y tengo mi respaldo de profeco
Mi esposo y yo tambien fuimos engañados queremos cancelar la membresia y no se puede por ningun motivo alguno de ustedes ha podido cancelarla?
Hola quisiera saber que me recomiendan. Yo en octubre viaje a puerto vallarta y caí en sus engaños de mi tarjeta me descontaron de mi tarjeta 12000 y cada mes e pagado 1130 y la verdad me e dado cuenta que es un fraude. Saben como puedo deshacer el contrato?

es un fraude. compre la membresía hace un año y todavía no he viajado. quiero salir estas vacaciones en diciembre y me dicen que no tienen cupo, que tengo que reservar y me dan cupo en diciembre del 2016!!!! FRAUDE TOTAL
Casi caigo el domingo 8 de noviembre firme el baucher, pero como ya tenía 4/horas escuchándolos no pudieron imprimir el contrato, y quede en regresar el lunes, me entregaron los libros con los certificados, pero en la noche recapacite y el lunes regrese con sus paquetes se los regrese me devolvieron mi baucher reintegrándose mi dinero y así sigo siendo feliz con Kivac ya tengo 2 años ahí y si me a funcionado.
estoy pagando muchisimo dinero y no creo que sea algo que valga la pena, he intentado en dos ocasiones cancelarlo pero me ha sido muy dificil ,ya que acepte hacer un update a mi membresia y eso esta tardando bastante , me arrepiento mucho de aver comprado , alguna sugerencia?
