Royal Holiday does not have the best reputation among timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are conducted using high-pressure tactics, and a significant number of members feel they have been lied to or scammed. Many timeshare contracts are also misrepresented during the sales process.
One of the most common scams occurs at the time of purchase: a Royal Holiday salesperson will make verbal promises to get you to sign the contract. However, the contract clearly states that any verbal promises made by the sales associate are invalid unless they are explicitly included in the written agreement.
Royal Holiday promises excellent customer service to its members, but this only seems to apply when members call to make a payment. If you have questions or concerns about your membership, the associate will likely say they will send you the information via email—but that email never arrives. The most common response to any unhappy member is to suggest an upgrade, regardless of the issue. As a result, members often end up paying even more for a membership they were never satisfied with in the first place.
Booking with Royal Holiday presents another challenge. During the sales pitch, they promise you can travel anywhere, at any time. This is far from the truth. Your travel options depend entirely on the points you purchase, and unfortunately, they almost always sell you a small points package. By the time you realize you need more points, you're forced to upgrade and pay additional fees.
Most Royal Holiday sales are conducted outdoors or at locations other than their official sales offices. As a "courtesy," they allow you to purchase and sign the contract on the spot, with the salesperson briefly explaining the terms—often omitting important details. Some associates even send the documents to your home while you're still on vacation. By the time you return home and carefully read the contract, you realize it’s not what you thought it was—and worse, your recession period has already expired.
Royal Holiday sales associates may also tell you that you're making a great investment in real estate. This is another major lie. A timeshare is neither an investment nor real estate. You are simply leasing a hotel room for a set period once a year; you do not own the property. It is not an investment because there is no resale market or rental opportunity, meaning there is no potential for profit.

El certificado de boleto de avion del 2*1 es un fraude, para la reservacion en cualquier destino, nunca hay segun ya todo saturado, el trato en oficinas es pesimo son muy despotas y termina saliendo mucho mas caro que si uno compra un paquete en cualquier agencia
Compramos un paquete para 17 destinos en Haciendas y Casonas donde nos prometieron masajes, regalos, 1 botella de vino, cena romántica. Al reservar nos limitaron solo a 2 destinos y sin los beneficios contratados. Nos quisieron obligar a escuchar 2 horas de una plática para vendernos membresias. Nunca nos dijeron que el paquete estaba condicionado a ser sujetos de su manipulación. Obvio, no lo permitimos. no fuimos a su ataque de ventas. Es una empresa fraudulenta, con personal sumamente grosero cuando te niegas a sus peticiones y al parecer a la Profeco no le importa porque sigue engañando a cientos de familias actualmente. Estas quejas también deberían llegar a los dueños de los hoteles.
Información como canceló mi membresía?
El supervisor de la anfitriona que me mostró todo el paquete de la membresía me cobró como pago anticipado la cantidad de 5500 y si no los pagaba me haría pagar la estancia completa en un hotel 4 estrellas en Veracruz esto obviamente fue un aviso de su parte ya que fue el , el que se llevó mi tarjeta y realizó el cobro sin entregarme el voucher, la pregunta es cómo y con quién debo reclamar esta cantidad que la empresa ROYAL HOLIDAY cargo a mi cuenta

Compre un certificad. De hospedaje y ahora que lo quiero usar me ponen mil pretextos y mil requisitos
Hace algunos años hicimos mi finado esposo y yo, una membresía con estos estafadores. Que según ellos era por solo 99 años y era transferible a los hijos, y nietos. Cuando hicimos la compra, nos ofrecieron una semana gratis en Puerto Vallarta, claro, para acabar de caer...REDONDITOS!.
Durante años pague, tanto mantenimientos y mensualidades en DÓLARES.
Lamentablemente mi Esposo fallecio, hace algunos años, y no encuentro nada que me ampare esa compra con ellos. Solamente conservo algunos talonarios de mi chequera en donde les hice algunos pagos que en ese entonces fueron en DÓLARES, ya que mi cuenta era es DÓLARES.
Jamás use ninguno de sus resorts, y ahora mi pregunta es: Cómo puedo hacer para ver en qué estado esta mi situación con dicha Compañía, que veo es una ESTAFA!!!
