Royal Holiday doesn’t have the best reputation within the timeshare resorts. Most of their sales are done under high pressure sales tactics, a high number of members at Royal Holiday feel like they have being lied and scam and most timeshare contracts are being misrepresented.
One of the most common scams at the moment of purchase is that Royal Holiday’s sales person will make you any verbal promise to get you to sign their contract, however the contract clearly states that any verbal promise made by the sales associated are invalid unless those promises are establish within the contract.
Royal Holiday promise one of the best customer service for their members, this only happens if the current member is calling to make a payment and if you have any questions or concerns about your membership the associated is more likely to tell you they will send you all the information over email, well sit thigh because this email will never arrived, The most common answer to any unhappy member at Royal Holiday is to Upgrade your membership no matter what is that you are unhappy about and you end up paying more for a membership you weren’t happy to begin with.
Booking with Royal Holiday is another issue, at the sales’ pitch, they promise you can travel anywhere at any time you want. This is very untrue, it all depend what points you buy and unfortunate they will always sell you the small point package so at the time you realize you need more points, you will need to upgrade and pay even more money to them.
Most Royal Holiday’s Sales are done outdoors or other locations that aren’t Royal Holiday’s Sales office, as a “courtesy” from them, they will let you purchase and sign their contract at the spot, “hey! You wouldn’t miss the opportunity of a lifetime, right?” So by this the sales associated will briefly explain you the contract as their convenient, probably letting out important information to you. Some sales associated opt for sending all the documents to your home, mean while you enjoy of your holidays or vacations, by the time you get home and read careful the contract you realize your purchase is not what you though It was and even worse realize your recession period is over.
Royal Holiday sales associate tells you are doing a great investment in real estate, another huge lie, timeshare is not nor an investment or real estate, you are leasing a hotel room for a period of time once a year, and therefore you do not own the hotel. It is not an investment because there is not market for resale or renting out your unit therefore no profit.

Most dishonest time share company in this disreputable business. Scammed my wife and I out of a thirty year annuity….given to us at time of purchase. To compound this theft they refused to replace a one month vacation in Cancun which we could not take because of the rampant spread of Covid 19. We had paid for this one month…with our paid for points, ,all inclusive charges and insurance. There is a special place in hell for any company that scams senior citizens. We calculate a debt today exceeding $16,000 dollars. They not only scam Americans, Canadians and Europeans….they scam their own people, too. They are a disgrace to the Mexican people.
necesito ayuda para cancelar mi tiempo compartido con Royal holiday, los mantenimientos son muy altos y no puedo pagarlos, ya intenté rentando y solo conseguí que me estafaran
Fui estafado por Royal Holiday, es una compañía deshonesta y fui forzado a comprarles un tiempo compartido, me quedé sin trabajo y no tengo suficiente dinero para pagarles. Cada que me comunico para explicarle mi situación se niegan a ayudarme si alguien pudo anular por favor dígame como le hizo
tengo una membresia con park royal y durante mi estancia los empleados tenían mala actitud y la calidad de las habitaciones no era la que me mostraron cuando me vendieron, no me dan ganas de continuar como miembro, ya me comunique para decirles que ya no me interesa continuar con el tiempo compartido y me dijeron que es un contrato por 30 años y no se ha incumplido y no se puede cancelar, alguien sabe si esto es verdad?
Muy desagradable como socio de Royal Holiday que cada que salgas de vacaciones te esten molestando intentado venderte otra membresía, uno cuando va de vacaciones quiere aprovechar su tiempo y no pasarsela en estas sesiones de ventas y lo malo es que si les dices que no te interesa te hacen tu estancia en el hotel incomoda, en mi experiencia no recomiendo las membresias de tiempo compartido con Royal Holiday
Quiero compartir mi opinion sobre una membresia con royal holiday, primero te molestan para venderte sus membresias, pero ya que eres socio ni te pelan. cuando quieres usar tu membresia la habitación que te asignan es de menor calidad a la que te muestran, yo no recomiendo comprarles nada, de ser posible ni poner un pie en la venta de las membresias porque son muy molestas.
Vamos regresando de unas vacaciones usando nuestra membresia park royal y de verdad fue una experiencia decepcionante, ya que además de recibir malos tratos , nos pareció costoso. Tener la membresia no nos sirvió de nada, igual teníamos que pagar el all inclusive (nada barato por cierto) el cual ni usamos porque todo el día estábamos fuera del hotel porque no nos gustó, estamos interesados en anular la membresía y evitarnos unas vacaciones igual de feas los próximos 30 años. Alguien me puede decir ¿cómo puedo cancelar mi membresia con park royal?
Saludos, necesito su ayuda para cancelar este pésimo servicio, hice un contrato el 6 de enero del año en curso, con promesas falsa, y ahora resulta que que los alimentos es mas caro que el costo del paquete que contrate, hasta la fecha no lo he usado, y quisiera saber que posibilidades tengo de recuperar mi dinero, la verdad me siento defraudado.
I bought this membership 2019 and in Canada we could not travel for almost 2 years without doing 2 weeks of quarantine. So once the restrictions were removed I contacted them to use my points and they told me that my contract had expired. They never told me that I had a deadline of 3 years in addition to having promised me plane tickets anywhere. I spoke with a Miguel Magallanes from Royal Holiday who told me that he was not going to do even if we had a pandemic they had added 6 more months but without notifying me or telling me that my contract would expire soon. They did have my phone number my email but nothing. no understanding just thieves ! I am so furious they give me nothing !!!
bonjour pour avoir des renseignement téléphonique ces un gros (0) car je ne parle que le Français je vient du Québec .lorsqu'' il mon harceler par deux fois tout ces fait en Français et durant mes d'eaux a trois voyage il y avait du personnel qui parlait Français mais la je n est pas terminer de payer mon adhésion et soit par courriel ou par téléphone pas de réponse en Français depuis 4 ans minimum je n est pas voyager et il mon fait prendre la gold + que je me suis j aimais servie je veut leur parler pour voir quelle alternative peut se présenter a moi car nous sommes un couple 65 ans et j ai besoin d'aide alors le service après vente force ne vos rien merci
