They will say there is a “hot market” for timeshares and that you can sell your timeshare for an overly realistic price.
There is not a “hot market” for timeshares; actually, timeshares are very difficult to sell. - Timeshare Cancellation: Also known as timeshare exit, timeshare disposal or timeshare elimination, there are many timeshare cancellation companies that claim to be able to cancel your contract and recover your money, but most of them have very vague statements about how the fees are charged.
- Timeshare Rentals: These companies claim to rent your timeshare unit for an attractive price, but most times, these are just promises in the air.
The truth is that timeshares are not very popular for rentals, and you usually need permission from the resort to rent them. - Timeshare Donation: Donation foundations and organizations will hardly take a timeshare as a donation since timeshares are difficult to sell and generate lots of expenses.
Therefore, it’s okay to be suspicious of companies that claim to donate your timeshare easily. - Timeshare Transfer: These types of companies claim to transfer your timeshare to a different person.
Regardless of what the company might promise, a timeshare transfer is not an easy process and requires lots of time, effort, and paperwork.

- Do NOT give your credit card numbers
- Ask as many questions as possible
- Do NOT trust verbal promises
- Read contracts carefully

- Research the name of the company
- Never dial a 900 to reach the company.
It is okay to be suspicious of any company that promises magical solutions for a large upfront fee.
Sometimes you must follow your instincts, it’s not worth it to take the chance on a fraudulent company.

one and (he is a mathematician) he knew they were lying about the numbers and he told them so. They bring in people who try further to make deals and sometime you just have to GET UP AND WALK AWAY. SO, no matter what they offer you, DO NOT GO!!

SON CONTRATOS DE PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS TURÍSTICOS MAS NO DE OBLIGACIONES asi que si uno no paga simplemente no les dan servicio. De acuerdo y en apego a derecho dice: a pesar de que haya documentos firmados como CONTRATOS, PAGARES Y DEMÁS serán invalidados ya que lo que compra uno no se lo llevan y que la práctica de un Buró de crédito será y es siempre anticonstitucional así que amigo TU que has sido defraudado, los contratos de cualquier empresa nacional o internacional te da un año para la cancelación después de su compra y reembolso al 75% sin necesidad de llevar a cabo un juicio, si hubo alguna promesa verbal es factor de reembolso y todos estos servicios son sin costo alguno, me atrevo a dejar instalado mi correo electrónico [E-mail] para que no sean nuevamente presas de defraudaciones de esta empresa que promete cancelarles. Todos estos trámites que me atrevo a ofrecerles son sin costo alguno
I spoke with a co-worker and he told me that he purchased a used timeshare from a friend and he pays minimal yearly fees to be able to swap his week timeshare essentially anywhere he'd like to. I believe he paid approximately $1,000 for his timeshare and has saved tons of money on hotels while using his timeshare and that most of the places he has stayed are much bigger and nicer than most hotels. Is this something that's a reality for someone who wants an inexpensive getaway? If so where do I go to find something like that?

los vendedores son de los peor, estan muy bien entrenados para presionar y conseguir lo que desean, cuidense mucho de esto, y lo mejor es que se nieguen a asistir a algo asi
