Their services are mainly provided to timeshare developers who accept trade-in properties, but they also work with individual buyers and sellers who are looking to transfer or exchange their ownership.
TATW Incorporated also claims to take properties from seller to buyer quickly and proficiently, even though the company is not accredited by the BBB.
They assure to work with some of the largest resorts in the timeshare industry, and they charge $749 USD as an upfront fee to sell a timeshare, sometimes more, depending on the property. According to their website, their offices are located in Highland, Utah.

Common Complaints
There have been many complaints against TATW Incorporated, especially because the company, along with Mayan Palace and Playa Grande, is overpromises and underdelivers.
That means they make lots of promises, but none of them are satisfactorily accomplished.
The most common complaint is that the sales representatives at the resort offer a trade-in to the potential buyers, with TATW Incorporated acting as the intermediary company to sell their old timeshare, but most of them end up owning two timeshares since their old timeshare was never sold.
Another complaint is that the transfer fees are very high, starting at $1800. After the first payment, more fees will be requested from the original owners, but the timeshare transfer will never be consummated.

my boyfriend basely was cheated and scammed by timeshare people, yes the stoled him , promised him a thousand things and benefits and could never use it or anything, if that were not enough he was demanding to renew his membership, i dont know how rat could be timeshare people, stay away timeshares pls
Guys, there is no such thing as a free lunch, free dinner, or free show tickets. Ask yourself this question when accosted by these slimy-salesmen: "Is a $50 dinner worth two hours of our time in a stressful environment?"

My husband I went to Mexico at our friend’s timeshare. Yep, we fell in love with the whole vacation idea and became suckers. After a few visits, and numerous news articles about the drug cartel and the whopping airfare, we haven’t been back. Yea, we can go to Cabo. But, it’s too easy to stay in the U.S. and get more bang out of the buck. Fortunately, or rather unfortunately, we got the every other year deal. So, it’s going to take longer to expire our maintenance fees. If there is a legit way to sell timeshares to those seeking one, I’d love to know how.
Run away from Vida Vacations or Mayan Palace in Riviera Maya also they have a company that they will Scam and try to sell you back your original timesahare the name is Equity Acquisitions Services and the Owners are Giorgio Tarabusi and Nel E Paulsen, run away from them

Yes I also heard that timeshares travel packages are bad deal and many people get cheated in these traps. But I just curios, it there any good timeshares company that really provides some good and honest service to customer?
Beware of this company.
Against my better judgement I allowed myself to be pressured into a contract. We have gotten one nice vacation from it so far, but it has not been worth it.
Twice now we have been harassed for collections of the monthly payment. Once the payment was on time; the second time we didn't get a bill but paid when we were notified it was late. In fact we have paid more than the minimum multiple times to pay down the principle, but I don't think they've applied it to the principle. I'm trying to get the info from them.
But both times, I have received multiple harassing phone calls, usually three a day. When I called them they can't tell me why they've been calling saying their records show we're up to date.
In short, this company borders on being a fraudulent scam.
So to avoid the issue? Just. Say. No. Do not agree to attend ANY presentations: problem solved. Do not agree no matter how hard they pressure you, and once at your resort, go off and have fun. Or stay at a hotel where units are not being sold.
Time-share sales are just as big an annoyance at resorts in the U.S. as in Cancun so no, it's no "safer" here: you will initially get just as much pressure. Again, just say no - no matter how many free tickets, meals, etc. they promise you.
